I would love for Weave to be directly compatible with PtEverywhere, our EMR.

List of upcoming appt reminders
It would be great if we could see a list of upcoming appt reminders that are scheduled to be sent out (like we can see the previous and current day). I had issues with reminders not being sent, I think it is now fixed (with the help of a great weave agent!) but I wanted to be able to verify by looking ahead at the messages that would be sent out for the following week and it is not currently a possibility.

Appt affirmations which contain other info to be addressed are marked as read. Customize what constitutes an affirmation.
Allow us to choose what constitutes an affirmation or if much more than a simple affirmation is sent have it remain unread. We have had many important communications marked read and then missed something the patient was trying to convey.

Admin Remove/Enable icons
Admin should be able to Enable or Hide icons in the Mobile and Desktop Apps so that users cannot view things that we do not use or want them to see. Ex. if we don't want email, it is making the screen more busy and we don't want users to mess with it. And then if we change our mind we can enable it to show again.

Integration with Chiro 8000 PMS
I was told before I purchased your system that a bridge could be made to link my PMS directly to Weave even though it was not on the supported list. I was told by my first or my second sales call rep that he had seen it done with Chiro 8000 3 or 4 times or something of that nature. I bought weave under that premise. Pulling Recall Types From Sensei
After an hour of trouble shooting with Weave Support, our team was informed that Weave is currently "unable to pull recall types from Sensei Cloud."
During the onboarding process, we were never informed that there would be any issues related to syncing recall types. Weave is only one of two patient management/communicator softwares that works with Sensei Cloud, so it is really disappointing to learn this. Transparency about potential limitations during the onboarding process would have allowed us to make informed decisions before switching to Weave. Ability to lock phone ring volumes

Transfer type for line keys
It would be extremely helpful if we can have the option to change the transfer type for line keys from cold transfer to warm transfer. This would prevent a lot of accidental cold transfers.

Parked/Personal Calls Reminders
A feature that would be helpful in the Weave Portal is if, instead of just the Park Ringback, there was an option to set a reminder sound for parked and personal holds that notifies just the device that put the call on hold. It would be really nice if we could pick what the sound was (short, relatively quick sound that plays once every x minutes/seconds). Example: User puts caller on hold. User forgets about call. After x minutes, just that phone beeps twice, to be repeated again in x minutes. This helps remind the user of their hold without…

Reminders Still Sending when using Cornerstone's Tickler File
In Cornerstone there is an option when deleting an appointment to move to the "Tickler File". This does delete from the appointment schedule, but Weave will still sends reminders as if the appointment wasn't deleted. The appointment database within Cornerstone has a field called appttype (not appttype_id), that will contain 'A', 'B' or 'T' for appointment, block or tickler. Those appointments no longer exist and owners should not be getting reminders

Filter out patients who have already been contacted
The auto-recall reminders are fantastic, however there is no way to see which overdue patients have already been notified. There needs to be more filters to remove patients from the lists so you are not accidentally repeating. Potentially the ability to export lists and modify by self, or more filters to filter out patients who have already been messaged.

Add insurance verification for optometry offices for use with Revolution EHR
It appears insurance verification is currently available for dental offices only. Our optometry office files both vision and medical insurance, depending on the diagnosis, and this would be a very helpful feature.

Company Specific Roles
would be nice for other roles aside from admin to have access to the analytics as we limit who has admin access due to being able to change so much on the back end. it would be even more functional if we could create our own roles for the needs/functions for each role within the company. having to go in and click on several difference roles for each member is redundant and time consuming. especially once there is a new office to add I have to go in and re-select each of them again.

Opted out texts/ bad numbers show up in Actionable texts
In the past, if someone had a bad number or had opted out of texts, Weave would red flag them and put them in the Actionable category, letting us clear them when needed. Apparently, that is not an option anymore and we really relied on that, and it also is a much easier option than checking online every day- We are a busy office, and we need things as quick and efficient as they can be.

More Time Early Options
I love that they changed the "time early" filter for automated reminders from only 15mins to now you can choose 15,30,45,60. My problem is that I need a 20min option!

Insurance Verifications
I run these 1 week prior to their appointment. Once they have been run I am unable to reverify the next month. Because plans can terminate at any point, we should be able to rerun these reports anytime. Please find a way to clear these every month so we can check them every time they come in and not show active, when they are really Inactive because it was ran months ago.

Bulk Messaging should default to Active Pts ONLY
Sent my first bulk message, via text. I had support on the phone to make sure I was doing it correctly. Last thing I would want is to make recipients mad. Sent nearly 7000 messages, Weave Rep said it looked good. Come to find out, Bulk Messages include Archived patients. Weave, please understand that most offices communicate with active patients regularly. I cannot think of many, if any, where an office would like to send messages to Archived patients seeing as Archived patients are an aggregate of deceased members, collections accounts, families that have relocated out of the area, and/or…

Have text payments post the day the patient pays instead of when the invoice was sent.

This is very not user friendly. May you create a way to have my text payments post on the day the patient pays instead of the day I sent the invoice. This is very annoying.
