  1. Patient's preferred name

    Weave needs the ability to edit particular patient's preferences. Some patients have a preferred name and some do not. Currently, the option is only available to choose all or nothing.

  3. DNIS

    Is there a way WEAVE can offer and implement a DNIS ( Dialed Number Identification Service ) ? My dental office is opening a new entity at the same location and we need to be able to differentiate the calls that are coming into our practice. Your customer service rep offered the calls to have a different ring tone, which is great, but i'm looking for a caller id identifier. Is this something you all provide ? I'm not sure the above-mentioned terminology is accurate to what I'm looking for . Please advise.

    Call pop provides office and department identifiers for incoming calls. You may need to link your phone to app if you are not currently getting call pops. 

  4. Ability to remove password requirement in order to access voicemails.

    It would be nice to be able to remove the need to have to enter a password in order to access voicemails.

  5. Re-do the descriptions on the Pages in the Telephone Tab

    Front Desk

    As an example: this is the verbiage that is written on the call groups page.

    "Assign devices to this group, have them ring simultaneously or in a cascading order, and set each device's ring duration and ringtone.: I just spoke to someone in the phones who agrees that those directions are not accurate because you cannot adjust the way that the phones right on that page.

    The description in the call groups page is accurate. You can use the sliders to change when a phone in the group starts/stops ringing. This does not apply to mobile app lines, as those ring start times are controlled by the native application. The ringtone is set for the entire group and not on an individual phone basis.
