Add an "Unlabeled" option for tags
There is no "Unlabeled" option in the Mobile App to allow us to remove the tags. It would be much easier if there was, instead of having to go to the desktop app just to remove tags.

Open Dental Schedule Custom Fields Response Integration
When patients make appointment requests, there is a custom field in which we ask their reason for the appointment. This is helpful in knowing why they are coming. When the request is approved and synced into OpenDental, there is no note of the patients response that was listed in the initial appointment request. Will you please allow it that when patients fill out custom fields, it also appears in OpenDental? Currently, the only thing that shows up is “Created by Weave” which is the least important piece of information.

New patients viewable on mobile app
Make new patient information available in the schedule and list on the mobile app so they are reachable outside the office.
We had a snowstorm and needed to cancel appointments from home, but new patients weren't viewable at all- not even a name.
If it could at least be viewable with the limited information so that we could reach them, that would be helpful.1 vote -
Would like to be able to see a patients note history in the PMS
While out of the office, it would be great if the dr. could see a patients notes from the PMS.

Text messages to return to a specific box/person (ie: billing versus appts)
When billing sends a payment request, it would be nice when the patient responds with a question that it return to billing box only instead of the main line.

It would be great if there would be a way to add or move appts through the app. For example: Office is closed, and we need to add an emergency pt for the next working day, we can access and do that through the app, not just view and see what's open. It's kind of pointless to have the appt if it just allows us to view the schedule remotely, but not make any changes to the schedule.

Be able to send appointment reminders to multiple phone numbers
Be able to send appointment reminders to multiple phone numbers (ie send appt reminders to mom's cellphone and dad's cellphone).
Even if there's only 1 appointment made, I want all participants to receive separate appt reminders to their phones. This way all participants are on the same page, instead of relying on my client to remind the other participants.0 votes
