Insurance verification with Dolphin Management 11.4
Right now Dolphin Management 11.4 doesn't sync up and autopopulate the information for insurance verification in Weave desktop app. This results in no real added benefit compared to using our previous insurance verification portal. It doesn't make sense to pay for this service when our other portal is included in our claims submission. The whole point of me switching to Weave for insurance verification is because I was told it integrates with Dolphin.

Open up automatic insurance verification for Dolphin Management 11.4 and newer

Please enable more team chat notification sound settings.
The legacy app had a different sound for a direct message versus a group message. I would love that to be an option again or set specific sounds for specific chats. We miss a lot of notifications since migrating to the new weave as we can't tell if its a group msg or direct. We actually missed a lot because there was no warning that the sound would automatically be set to off and just learned today that we can change that.

payment plans
We have an in office membership plan and there is no way for us to charge just the monthly membership fee. We end up creating a 3 year amount, and it's divided so the monthly charge is correct. Having the option to just have a recurring charge until we cancel would be so helpful.
Also on that end, if the patients charge does not come out (insufficient funds, etc.), it should not PAUSE the plan, but either try again, or continue the next month. It's so difficult to resume a "paused plan".

Booking Site URL Redirect Option and/or Google Analytics Integration for Conversion Tracking Purposes
I am trying to figure out how to track the Booking Site appointments that are scheduled as a conversion in my Google Ads account. Would it be possible to set up a way to add a redirect link back to our company website once the booking form has been completed so that the event can be tracked on our website?
If the redirect isn't an option, possibly a direct API integration with Google Analytics would work instead. This would be a huge win for are marketing and reporting!

contact list for email campaign
we are using email campaigns and would love to be able to enter recipients individually like we can with bulk texts, or to be able to select patients individually, rather than uploading a csv or using the create segment option, as the filters provided do not always match the needs we have.

Search for tags within calls - not just voicemail
Would like to be able to sort CALLS by tags - just like VOICEMAILS can be. For instance - I can tag calls to review with staff. Would make the process easier.

The ability to recognize new patients in Dentrix before they are activated
It would be nice if Weave could pull all new patients added in the software regardless of if they have been activated. We prefer to not activate the patient until they arrive, so we are not adding active patients to our count if they never actually become establish. If not active in software they can not be pulled up in Weave at all.

Reminder for overdue appointments is not working properly
The system is not configured properly. Please see message string below. This patient was in for a dental cleaning on 3/31/25. On 4/2/25 she gets a message saying she is overdue for an appointment. It is embarrassing for us and makes it look like we are not on top of things.

Balancing Payments from Weave is not accurate
Amount processed on top line of screen, does not match the itemized payments listed below (Screen shots included). The top line states a dollar amount processed. I've totaled the actual payments on the excel spreadsheet imported directly from Weave and the total does not match making it impossible to ensure payments are entered into our system properly. When speaking with support, I've been told that it can take up to 24 hours to deposit--this is not my issue. I'm not concerned about the deposit at this time (though maybe I should be), I'm concerned about not being able to ensure…

For OVERRIDES, there should absolutely be the option to send to a phone tree (not just a voice mail or forwarding number).
I don't know how this isn't already possible, but you should be able to forward the call to a phone tree you have set up for vacations or holidays. Why do they have a sophisticated setup for everyday calls, but when you are away there are only two options which aren't so great?

Online booking
With online booking it is frustrating that it does not sync to the provider column and shows available appointment times when there isn't. The program we used before read each column individually and showed exact times. This is frustrating for patients and staff.

Syncing between Weave and Eaglesoft
Payments are syncing to an account instead of an specific patient - When the module was sold we were led to believe that once payments are made, weave syncs with a specific patient. Unfortunately, it sync with an account. This is an huge issue and inconvenience because there can be multiple patients within an account. So we have to manually go in there and link the payment to the correct patient. Furthermore, once we do that, then we have to link that payment to the respective procedure (this was expected, but not the latter). Please consider this enhancement.

On team Cheat
Please update the team chat so that when sending direct messages, they move to the top of the chat, similar to how it used to work. This change will help ensure unread messages don't get overlooked, as many are currently going unnoticed.

Text Templates
The "manual templates" do not pull the appointment date/time - there is not a "dynamic field" to allow that. It would be EXTREMELY helpful and beneficial for our office if this feature could be added to make it as convenient as before. The removal of that feature has greatly decreased our efficiency as we are having to add the time and date for each text manually - it also leaves the possibility of human error.

Increase Detail of Phone Analytics
The phone analytics show answered and missed calls for the office as a whole. I have multiple departments that are set up in different phone groups (hit one for front desk, two for optical, etc.). I highly suspect that some departments do a much better job than others at answering the phone. I cannot track this unless I can get the answered/missed data for each phone group. Can we add this functionality?

We loved how the VM and message old "bubbles" on previous version each showed what was in queue now it reverts to the bell up top and is not useful in anyway! the abilty to navigate around the system now is very difficult We were able to see if one of us were answering a specific text with a yellow band that would come up saying the other one of us was already doing that. Appointment Confirmation Writeback on Softdent Version 119
Weave does not currently support Softdent Version 119 with confirmation writeback. patients confirming thru weave does not show up on our softdent schedule.

Make the Consent Forms Work
When requesting consent forms electronically for minors, it would be ideal if the patient's name wasn't replaced by the guardian's name. Also, when we submit a consent for a tooth number, it would also be nice if that tooth number we input carried over the the person who is filling out the consent, as they have NO IDEA what tooth is being worked on (and just guess). Also, It would be IDEAL if that form wasn't then logged under the guardian's account once completed. Essentially, it would be nice if any feature of the consent form worked. Having these issues…
