  3. Implement the ability to add mobile apps to a call queue

    Over the past few days due to a major snowstorm that hit our area, a few of our office staff have had to use the Weave mobile app from home. Since we can only add users of the mobile app to a Call Group and not a Call Queue, there were several calls that ended up getting lost and marked as "Abandoned" in the call log, meaning that these callers had to be called back after a previous call has ended.   4. Bulk Tag Application for Mass Messaging

    As an orthodontic practice using Weave, we'd love to enhance the efficiency of our mass messaging system. Currently, when sending text campaigns or bulk messages, we have to manually apply tags to each patient individually, which is time-consuming. A valuable feature would be the ability to select multiple recipients and apply tags to the entire group simultaneously during the campaign creation process.
    This would streamline our workflow by:

    Allowing us to select the desired patient group for the message
    Having a dropdown or selection field to choose which tags to apply

  6. Widgit to transfer contact information from a Contact Request Form to Weave

    Is there a way to have a website landing page contact request form send the client's name and contact info from the form to Weave. Right now that information is directed to my smart phone as a SMS and also to my email. I would LOVE IT if that info could also be received by Weave. That would sabe me the time and effort of manually entering their info in Weave so I can begin communicating with them with my marketing messages!

  7. Previous Calls Made Pop-up

    It would be extremely helpful to see a list of calls made to a patient when I click on the phone icon, that way I can see if they have been called already recently or not to avoid them becoming annoyed with our office. Please and thank you!!

  10. Email notification for payment blocks

    I would like to suggest a reset button/way for the email address that receives payments. Ours has had to be reset 3 times in the last month or so. I have to call the payment issue number and am on hold for a while and then have to explain myself to the person on the other end. It is always the SAME issue. If there was a way to just reset it on our end, that would save SO MUCH TIME!! Or better yet, a solution to the issue. ;0)

  12. Pressing Enter shouldn't send texts

    This would probably be the number one thing we would fix in the app. Every time we hire a new employee, we have to drill into them that pressing Enter will send the text, not go to the next line, and invariably, everyone accidentally sends a few unfinished texts before getting it into their muscle memory. Even experienced users occasionally make mistakes.

    Although there is the Shift-Enter option to go to a new line, that is not intuitive for most people, as few other applications use that function.

  13. Add "Pet Name" and "Pets' Names" tags back to the manual template options in the new Weave app

    Currently, the 'Pet Name' and 'Pets' Names' tags are available in the legacy app but not in the new app. When importing templates that include these tags, the new app replaces them with plain-text '{petname}' or '{pets'names},' requiring staff to manually correct them before sending texts. Unfortunately, this step is sometimes overlooked, which can be embarrassing for the practice.

    With Weave planning to discontinue the legacy app soon, it's essential that this functionality be added to the new app to prevent inconvenience for all veterinary clients.

  14. Ability to change form order

    It would be very helpful to be able to organize the forms by importance to our practice and ones that are sent the most. Currently, the Patient Registration is halfway down the list of forms when it should be at the top since it would be sent very frequently.

  15. Save filter options in voicemails

    If we have all voicemails public in our clinic, it would be nice to save the filter options/preferences to only view our preferred ones. when the app "sleep" it clears your filters and you need to re do the process. I would rather have to edit my filters to see others as I view mine more often than their voicemails.

    Would like to see if a voicemail was transferred by someone, and possibly a timestamp when that was done. This would help provide additional information about a call if we knew the voicemail was transferred, by whom, and when.

  17. call recording

    I would like to have a filter under calls to listen in on specific calls. For example, when patients call us, they have two options. Press 1) if you are a new patient, press 2) If you are an existing patient. I would like to filter the new patient calls to be able to view them and not have to listen to a bunch of calls to find them. This feature would help up with improving our phone quality and education purposes.
