Attach images to Bulk Text Campaigns
add the ability to attach images to bulk text message. I have images that were created specifically for a text message marketing campaign. Currently I am unable to attach images to any text campaigns... Sooo a portion of my marketing cannot be used properly.

Call Recording Limitations
We need to keep our call recording feature on for the company, however we would like the option to turn this feature off for particular extensions. This would be very helpful for our executive staff that hold sensitive phone conversations that should not be available to everyone in the company.

text to pay template modification
It would be nice if you could change the default template in the text to pay option permanently to a custom template for all patients. At present, it will use the default template unless you manually change it each time you send a text to pay. Or, at the very least, it would be nice to modify the default template permanently. Thanks

email campaigns
Since the new update, our office has not been able to use our email campaigns for important announcements. A major issue we are facing is that our prior email recipients have been removed against both our knowledge and our wishes. The answer I received from the customer service rep was to upload a CSV file and follow directions. This is problematic for many reasons and is very inconvenient. The reason why we chose Weave was to integrate our systems and avoid such actions. On top of that, old campaigns are in a different section entirely, and templates that we have…

payment requests and printing confirmations/details
I'd like to recommend including the confirmation number when listing the payments on the Payment Request page. See the screenshot attached. I record payments along with the confirmation number. I end up printing out separate payment details since there currently is no way to print out multiple patient details on one page. See other attachment. I need to have these copies to balance our daily deposit and make sure patients accounts were recorded correctly.

New to Weave so forgive me but, Notifications need to be GLOBAL not workstation specific
We have 2 receptionists that sit right next to each other and have 5 other front desk personnel who field Notifications for the office. When one takes care of the action needed for whatever that notification requires and then deletes it, it remains under everyone else's Notifications. Therefore, we have multiple people thinking there is still an action to be taken for that notification which is very counterproductive and a waste of time. I get it that some offices have one receptionist and this may not be a problem but for us it is. Right now, they are all struggling…

Would love to see a "Sent" Category under the Fax tab in the New Weave Experience plus a fax transmit status (Failed or Transmitted) in the "Sent" category so we can easily see if we need to resubmit a fax that didn't go thorugh.

Under Messaging - Templates
It's something small but when you are looking to add multiple or checking your templates the list is random and you have to click on Template to sort Ascending or Descending every time to put them in alphabetical order to find the template you want. Why doesn't it just stick? The less we have to click, the more efficient we can be.

Export Overdue Patient List
I think it would be very helpful and beneficial to be able to export the "Overdue Patients" list from the Weave App onto the Weave website portal to be able to easily look up and tell when they are due for appointments. Also, it would be even better to be able to bulk text that exported list on the Weave website to better reach those overdue patients and get them scheduled.

admin control over message signatures
I want to be able to turn on a signature that all users must use. Many users don't use a signature because they can not be bothered to learn to set one up. I want to be able to set a default office signature that everyone has to use unless they set a different option up.

New Weave Experience NWX
We have Eaglesoft and we put the patients name of insurance in the preferred name box. That is what is showing up under NWX as the patients first name. We use the "preferred name" box in Eaglesoft as a quick reference guide to see what ins the patient has. We need to be able to see the patients first and last name when searching through weave instead of the preferred name

FUSE operatory rooms shown instead of providers
On our PMS (FUSE) we have our schedule set up by room/operatories however when this is then synced over to Weave it only shows the providers.
Our operatories are specific to the appointment type where as the providers do multiple types of procedures.
Having only the providers viewable also is an issue because all of our current and past employees show up as a "provider" causing confusion.
This then makes the Weave schedule look messy and unorganized making it so our team isn't wanting to use the schedule to its full potential.Main point: Having the option to view as…

Tag messages is more places
It would be great it you could add a tag in more places then just having the message open and hovering over it. If you could tag from the Inbox, click the three dots and have tag as an option along with marked as read, block sender, etc. It would also be nice to be able to tag when you have the message popped out.

messaging and Voicemails
We loved how the VM and message old "bubbles" on previous version each showed what was in queue now it reverts to the bell up top and is not useful in anyway! the abilty to navigate around the system now is very difficult We were able to see if one of us were answering a specific text with a yellow band that would come up saying the other one of us was already doing that. Manual Templates: Data Field - Bring back Appointment Date/Time Field
We had old templates created with the data field for a patient's appt date and time. When we imported these templates from the Legacy version, that template no longer works properly due the the {appt_datetime} data field no longer being available. Please bring this back so that we can use the app in a more efficient manner. Thank you.

Appointment Confirmation Writeback on Softdent Version 119
Weave does not currently support Softdent Version 119 with confirmation writeback. patients confirming thru weave does not show up on our softdent schedule.

Set an automatic logout of a user when the app has been left idle for a set amount of time
We have an issue with users responding to text messages and answering phone calls under a different user's account as there are no assigned seating/work spaces in our hospital. This leads to confusion when a user is logged in, but someone else is responding to a text or answering a phone call. If I could set an automatic logout when the app has been idle for 3-5 minutes, this would help alleviate a good amount of the problem.
