  1. If music on-hold breaks, it drops the parked calls after 60 seconds.

    We recently discovered that our calls are being dropped after 1 minute when parked. We then further realized that our on-hold music wasn't working because it was an mp3 file upload (used to work originally but broke later). After on-hold music was fixed, call drops were fixed as well.

    When the line is silent, something somewhere assumes there is no data flowing and probably times out the session. Even if the issue is on the customer's router, I think it would be important to send a periodic tone signal which will keep the network session alive as well as tell…

  2. Caller ID

    Incoming phone number only shows up when the call first comes in. When you try to look after the fact on the recent call list, only the name appears. Since we have numbers in home, work and mobile fields, we would like the number shown so we know from which number to return a call.

  3. Individual user notification

    Ability to silence follow ups or delegate them to certain users only so that it doesn't pop up all day long until it is completed/deleted.

  4. integrate with other software -or-csv flexibility.

    It would be helpful to have a more usable upload for those of us who do not use 'integrated software' . Why is there no option for a data upload (if we have to do this 1x a week) patient last appointment, next appointment, birthday, and other notes? Why do we have to do a unique ID? It throws off our upload. It would be so much more helpful as well if we could just add clients to our data base as they call in rather than as an excell sheet upload everyweek. Our caller ID does not work on…

  5. Phone in Use Notification

    I would really like to be able to see other coworkers who are on the phones. Whether that is a new phone showing which phone is in use or a light bar on the side that highlights phones in use. I dont care its just nice to know when we need to answer quickly because someone else is on the phone.

    Support can set this up so your phones will show you who is on a call.

  6. LInes in use

    The only downfall with Weave is that I can't see if anyone else is on the phone. Our old phones would have indicators for each desk so we knew if that person was busy. In a busy office we have 1 person in charge of phones and then back up. But now we don't know when she needs back up.

    If you are still interested in this feature, our “Presence” service can be configured to do this. You just need to give Weave a call to set it up.

  7. Recognition of mobile numbers in any category

    I've been manually transferring all numbers to the mobile section because when creating a new patient file it defaults to the home number space. If Weave could recognize a mobile in any space that would make this transition much much more smooth! -Thanks Sam

    Earlier this year, we added the ability to send a manual text to any number listed for the patient. Last month, we added the ability to send an automated message to all numbers listed for the patient. With these two additions, it's much less important where the phone number is entered (home, mobile, other).

  8. Custom Contacts

    Add a phonebook option- considering most practices make phone calls daily to places, not just patients. It would be nice to have a phone book option for numbers dialed on a daily basis- examples dental lab, referring offices, repair people ect.

    Adding a contact directly into Weave without a management system sync is releasing in the next Weave update.
