More specific for reminders and recall
I would like be able to filter patients provider and have the ability to send out appoitment reminders by provider. Also in recall we should be able to send recall out by provider also.
1 voteWe have recently added the ability to send out reminders by provider, appointment type, and operatory. When setting up a reminder you will now see Advanced Filters that can be added to the reminder.

turning off Inactive Patients
Turn off texts and emails going to "inactive" patients for overdue recare appointments et all

Ways to make Weave more user friendly
Please allow Weave to run continuously during the day, the timing out is irritating.

Please incorperate Orthotrac so that when patients confirm it shows in orthotrac
Intergrate Weave and ortotrac so that confirmations show in both and you do not have to manually do it

Review Texts - filter by confirmation type
In the Reviews app have the ability to control review texts so they don't go out to unconfirmed, no-show, or broken appointments.

Extending character count on auto text.
Please consider extending your character count for the reviews auto text system. 145 characters does not allow the texts to be very personable. Also it would be great if the texts could auto fill the patients names. Thanks!

Text options
Could individual patient text option be added...as opposed to global text option for our patients.

appointment reminders to minimize duplicate texts
please create appointment reminders via text at least if not a full appointment reminder system. I want to have only one text message system operational for our practice. If you had the automated text reminder 1.5 hours prior to appt, I could turn off the text feature of Lighthouse PLZ.

Schedule feature
It would be nice to be able to pin the day of the schedule that you want to work with so that I can click on a patient and view info and then be able to click back and still be on the day I was looking at.

Ease of use with lists
When you are looking at a list, and go to the patient's info, when you hit the back button it doesn't take you back to the list. It takes you back to all the phone contacts. VERY annoying and you lose track of where you were at a lot!

Larger capacity of text msg so they aren't split
Create larger text field so a text can contain more characters. Frequently, even with an effort to minimize, our texts are broken up into 2 or 3 sent messages. Multiple texts are annoying and have an unprofessional appearance.

Tutorial links
After installing the Weave app, the "take a tour" option prompts users to view some tutorials. The links to these tutorials are expired or simply don't work. It would be useful if they did work!

Caller ID pop up box
When the phone rings, a black box with the patient's name comes up in the lower right corner of the screen. But the box sometimes won't go away!!! You have to pull up the weave app and then mimimize it again to get it to go away! Please fix this. It drives us crazy.

Patient name at top not dissapearing
Still shows patient name in red at the top even after weve hung up. We have to hit X every time to get rid of it. Why cant it dissapear when the call is over?
