Fax directory
When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...
261 votesFax directory is now live! You can now save fax numbers as a fax contact for repeated use. You can also send the same fax to multiple recipients. Fax contacts are separate from patient contacts. The ability to edit/delete existing contacts is still forthcoming.

Templates
I would like to be able to customize the "custom" templates. I would like to change the names to fit the messages, as well as the option to add more templates.
197 votesThis is now live for all users! From inside a text thread with a specific contact, click the templates button to see the new experience - you can create as many templates as you want, rename and delete existing templates, and search by template name.

Missed text auto reply
We would really love an option for "auto reply to text messages" Example: Closed for holiday weekend. If a patient texts us, it would be nice if an automatic reply could be set that informs patient we got msg, but are closed until (date) and we will respond when we get back into the office.
179 votesThis is now available to all locations! (Unless you're on the Essentials bundle - sorry!) Just go to Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging and configure a new auto-message! The section labeled Missed Text will be grayed out until you create a Missed Text message.

Texting Multiple Numbers
When texting clients, we need to be able to chose or message multiple numbers from their account to reach all members of the family.

Call Park Requests
I would like to suggest a ring back option when a person is placed on hold. Many times we get busy and the person on hold gets overlooked. I really feel that would benefit our patients and our staff.

I am looking for online patient forms to integrate with dexis and go into the document center and to also be able to fill out these forms in the office on a tablet.

Auto Suggest and Correct Spelling
Spell correct in Desktop app. Right now, we can see that we spelled something wrong, but not actually change it with the traditional right-click. I can do it here in this Feedback message, but not in the actual texting part of the app.

Search options for recent calls
Can you add a calendar or an option to enter the date we are looking for calls missed, received or placed. Also if you could place the time stamp on those dates as well.

Sound Notifications
PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to

Pop-up Box Location
Please make your system more user friendly by making the "Pop-up box" adjustable to "size" and "location" on your desk top. The upper Left corner of my computer would be a much better location for me. I always put the box to sleep by using DND because the Pop-up box is in a BAD location on my desk top. Thank you.

Want Old Text Actionable Format
Why did you change the text format??!!!!!! This is terrible. Every single text is marked actionable. They do not all require action, some of them WE (or the automated system) sent! Plus, now I cannot search only for the ones that are unread.
We have a small office and have no need to "assign" staff members to deal with certain messages. Please make this new format optional. I much prefer the old format.
89 votesAfter incorporating much useful user input, we've tweaked the Actionable tab to be much more in line with how people in general want it to behave. These updates are already in the live product. There will always be differences of opinion and preference on any given feature, but we still would like to hear from you! I just joined Weave in November, so I came on board after the major changes to Messages last year. If you have further input on the inbox experience or any other item related to Messages, please reach out to me.

Unsubscribed Emails
There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

On the email campaign summary page, you can click on the blue number for the number of unsubscribes and a list will appear in the pop-up. More functionality is coming here in 2025! Voicemail Override/ Phone Tree Schedule
It's too easy to forget to deactivate voicemail override and accidentally miss calls when the office is open. This just happened to us after Thanksgiving. Voicemail override is intended to allow us to "close" the office for unexpected events and holidays. Therefore we should be able to set a time to deactivate this feature at a date and time in the future.

add appointment scheduling online
this one is really needed. please add appointment scheduling online by showing doctor availability while syncing with EMR system.
allow patients to choose appointment type from admin defined list, a doctor of choice and display appointment availability, then let patients choose and request the time slot. appointment should still be confirmed by a staff member.
