In the workflow for the setting up auto reminders the office has the option of selecting hours and days before the appointment but there is no mention of the software LIMITING the amount of hours before you can send a reminder (the limit is 6 hours). Update
We are unable to look up a message thread by our patients name any more. Some times we are sending 100 texts a day and it is very inconvenient and a waste of time to have to go into each patients chart to look at their parents names to then look up the phone number to type it the name and phone number.

Last Appointment Filter for Bulk Messaging
For Bulk Messaging, please add a filter option for "last appointment date" and make it a date range. This can be used for Recall for clients who don't have recall integration available.

Search For Tags
It would be helpful to be able to search for tags once messages have been checked off and are in the "all" section. Rather than having to scroll down and search for a certain name. If we could search for a specific tag and all the texts that are tagged to that name appear it would be very helpful.

Reminder cut-off times
We have had several patients complain that our reminder text messages are going out at 10:45 PM (HST) or later. Per Weave chat support, there is not currently a way to set cut-off times. I think that cut-off times would be a useful feature, hoping that this is something we can roll out very quickly as this has been causing patient impact.

School Excuse Texts
It would be great to send an automatic or manual text to patients after they are dismissed that can be used as a school/work excuse for the patient's appointment. Ex: Patient Name was seen at Blank Office today for an appointment. Please excuse Name from school/work.

Previous text message
Please allow previous text messages to be viewed as now, since the new update, we can no longer see previous texts unless we send a new one to the patient.

Text templates
Love the Text Templates! We use them to answer common ? and send out daily details to parents. It would be nice if the text templates were alphabetized by their title. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how the filter in and waste time trying to locate the exact one we want to use.

Be able to text new caller
I would like to be able to text callers who call the office but they are not in the database.

This exists today - just add your contact info to the missed call text template.

The notification bar after tagging for area
The Tag saying "Successfully tagged" pops up... over the back arrow.
It takes too long to go away and you can't continue to the next task until it does. it needs to be faster or shorter to give us option to go to the next tag message.I have Zero time to wait for something like that. It makes tagging less effective for it takes to long to move on, so no one wants to use function.

Notifications For Failed Texts
Too many times have I been texting patients for various reasons, but then we'll get a call a week or so later from a patient saying "You never texted me". Turns out, the text failed and we didn't know it! Would be great to have a popup (like we have for failed faxes) to let us know that a text didn't go through! That way, we can at least investigate the reason why it didn't or call the patient/find a different phone number/etc.

Would be great if we could edit the names of the 5 message templates that we are allowed.

Opt out auto complete
I would love to see the "Opt out" text be automatically read and not red in the list.

Scrolling Through Texts
It would be convenient to have the ability to scroll through the list of text messages. That function is available for the list of voice mails, but not texts. There are times that messages need to be double checked or need a response or just read one more time.

Weave Text Glitch
Weave keeps showing me old messages. I waste so much time looking for something that's already been taken care of, or I embarrass myself by responding to an old text with a client. This is an anti-productive glitch.

Who is texting the patient?
In the text messages, the little person icon no longer tells us who is sending text messages. Please add this feature back so we can tell who the patient is communicating with.

Complete check in actionable messages.
We have noticed in the text messages actionable list the check mark to complete/dismiss msgs has been removed. Please add this feature back! Our actionable list is unnecessarily long. When a patient responds "okay" or "thank you", their msg stays on the list. We would like the messages to be removed from the actionable list if they don't require anymore attention.
