  2. Show message date in text threads

    Show message date in text threads with only one communication. This isn't a huge deal but when I find a conversation with only one interaction (not spanning multiple days) it will show the times but not the dates, and sometimes it is confusing how to get the date to display on the righthand side of the unopened thread to verify what date the message was sent

  3. Recall reminders population estimate

    Hello! I love being able to have so much control over the recall reminders, but I do get worried about sending them since I do not know how many patients will receive them. I think it would be cool to have an estimated number of patients that it would send to. I don't want to send too many recall reminders and flood my office.

  5. Wrong interpretation of key word

    When a text reminder was sent out for an upcoming appointment, the patient replied "cancel" as in needing to cancel that upcoming appointment. Weave interpreted that as "stop" text messages and auto-removed her from text reminders. Please fix this issue of "cancel" being interpreted as "stop."

  6. Mark Text as unread or incomplete.

    Option to change a text message to unread after reading it. Sometimes one staff member will read message and not be able to get to it at that moment. We want a way for us to know it is not completed.

  9. Weave marking messages as read

    Please fix the issue of having a message being marked as read when the Weave system sends someone a automatic reminder. We are loosing patients texts who text in and then Weave sends a reminder and marks the message as read. We don't even know the patient reached out.

  10. Hiding Automated Reminder Messages

    Concerning Automated Reminders, save the dates, confirmation messages....being able to not see those automated messages in our list of ongoing text message conversations. Often times we are in the middle of communicating with patients and appointment reminders go out and its several at a time and then we lose the active conversation we were having....or following up on the incoming messages

  11. Save the Date Appointment Summary set to reflect the EARLIEST Time of Same Day Multiple appts

    Please update weave to sent Appointment "SAVE the date" reminders to reflect the earliest appointment time for the day. Example: Bill Smith is seeing Hygeine at 2:oo pm, and then Dentist at 2:45. His Save the date should be sent to reflect that of the earlier time so that the patient does not miss the earlier 2 pm hygiene appointment. This will also keep patients from receiving multiple Save the Date reminders. PART TWO OF REQUEST: Set this up for FAMILIES as well, very often Families have appointments grouped together. Family Save the Date reminders which reflect the EARLIEST time…

    I'm happy to say that we released the ability to add a digital invoice to a text to pay message shortly after this feedback was received.  

  13. Patient Name not showing up after review link sent on text messaging main screen

    For our existing patients, if we send out a review link to them, their name no longer appears in our text message threads. This is getting confusing because it is an existing patient that is in the system, but when a review link is sent, only the phone number shows up. Please see attached screenshot. Also, is there a way for me to have flagged or a list to pull up who we have sent a review link to and when? And also, instead of filtering through them all, somehow having them labeled that they already wrote a review?

  14. CANCEL text from patients

    Please change your system to NOT opt a patient out of text message reminders when they reply CANCEL (only STOP) as they are most likely texting cancel to cancel their appointment, not opt out of text reminders.

  15. Filter incoming texts per DEPARTMENT separately

    We have several different departments in one building who use text messaging as a form of communication for booking appts, confirmations, questions, pricing, etc. Why is there not an option to filter texts via department/texting number? (The same way there is for scheduling multi-recipient texts). Instead, every department has to sift through ALL the texts grouped together in one place?

  16. manual cell phone entry

    It would be nice to be able to text a cell phone number that we type in by number rather than by patient. We often put parents or insurance holders that may not be patients on a Work 1 or Work 2 line on our charts. We need to text but can't because Weave pulls up the chart/patient info and tells us there isn't a cell phone. We don't put the number in the cell phone area of chart because we do not want them receiving birthday and other generic messages that won't pertain to them.

  17. Flagged messages

    Hello, just wondering if something can be added so that each staff member can select or flag a conversation and not have other staff member removing them by looking at the same messages... we miss responses this way :( or forget to follow up as it would be no longer flagged...

  18. Go Back to "Unread"

    We would like to not see the "Actionable" messages that have been read. We'd prefer it to just be "Unread" or "All" The actionable feature is really inconvenient and not allowing us to communicate with our patients as effectively as possible. Multiple people in our office have said it's not a good feature and we're missing messages. The Actionable messages are growing and it's messages that don't need a response, or messages we've already responded to. It would be best if it was just "Unread" and "All" like it used to be.

  20. Marking texts as read

    Have the option to have one person be the one that can handle the texts. Or give permission to certain people. As office manager I like being able to handle the texts as they come in, but coworkers may click ignore on their computers, which makes the text as read, but I wasn't able to see it with my login.
