    PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to

  2. Block Number SMS

    We have been receiving a spam text from an odd number every day at the same time for awhile, and we would like to suggest giving us the ability to block a number. Or if it would be possible for your system to filter out spam, that would be wonderful

  4. Team Chat Improvements on iPad

    Our office uses Ipads as a big part of our day to day duties. We have come to find out that unfortunately the product does not work properly on ipads. Specifically the team chat function which is highly used in our practice and would be very beneficial to improve our communication between areas quicker than having to hunt someone down on foot. If you could please look into fixing this it would be great!

    Thank you all for your trust and patience. We've made several improvements to the Weave app to make it work reliably on the iPad, too. Please reply to this email or share your feedback directly in the Weave app if you're facing any issues.


    Also, I'm happy to share that a reimagined, web app version of Weave is now available for an invite-only preview. You will be able to use Team Chat and other features like contacts, messages, calls and reviews on any device (including iPad) with a compatible web browser.   5. Unknown Direct Message

    Team members names are unknown on the iPad but register on the desktop. This makes communicating difficult from the room.

    Need the option to turn off office chat notifications on mobile app. When we are using the office chat in the office our cells phones are receiving notifications.

  10. Combined text/calls screen

    3 things would make navigating the app easier.

    If we could save a patient's name and info from the phone, voicemail or text message section.

    If we could text from the call screen, call from the text screen or do either from the voicemail screen. Right now we currently have to exit that screen, remember the number and re type it to do another type of communication.

    If we could have the entire text/call/voicemail thread in one place. That makes it easier to see if another person has messaged them or what the previous communication has been for that one…

  11. bugs

    When exiting Weave I click 'don't show me this again' but it keeps showing me the exit warning.
    Also, really don't like the team chat notification pop up. Two extra clicks every time we chat. The sound would be plenty with no visual popup at all.

  12. Complaints about recent update

    The new update is ugly and does not work smoothly. The team chat feature is very buggy, sometimes names aren't showing up, or I'll get a notification but can't see any new messages. If I'm writing out a message to a patient and want to reply to a new message, it wont go to the new message when i hit Reply. Color coding the different notifications is UnHelpful and annoying that it cant be customized. Also, the emojis are ugly now? What's up with that? All these problems make me want to go to the previous update, that's how much…

    It would be great to have some sort of alert sound when a team chat is sent as to alert the doctor and assistants that there is a message.

    Make sure you have “audible notifications” enabled in the Team Chat settings located in the chat app.

  15. Sounds notifications for all messages.

    In Chat, it would be nice if the app would "ding" every time you get a chat. We miss each others messages if we have it up on the app but in the background
