The ability to block numbers from texting is very much needed!!

It would be nice if we are able to Block unwanted caller, Texts & Faxes specially Robo calls with Formatting that does not look like typical US format

Block incoming texts -- Our office keeps getting spam texts despite attempting to (1) block the number through weave and (2) opting out of the texts. Somehow a company got our office number and now we are subjected to hourly spam texts. Weave has said that there is no way to block incoming texts (only incoming calls). Please fix this. We are literally getting spam texts multiple times every single day.

We have been receiving text spams daily (sometimes multiple times in a day) from a company claiming to give us patient leads as a "Marketing" company. The texts includes a link to click on. I caution my staff daily from clicking on suspicious links but feel that Weave should be filtering these out more carefully, especially in this age where cybersecurity threats are rampant. We called regarding this issue and there isn't even a way to block numbers on the text application (only calls). Please fix this ASAP. it's a liability!

We need to be able to block ALL communications from unwanted contacts. Both Voice and Text. When someone is using harmful, hateful speech we need to be able to ensure that our staff are not subject to continual abusive language. Blocking just voice is not sufficient. We need to ability to also block SMS text messages as well. At this point the process of how we block these types of communications is not as important as our ability to do so.

Really either would be helpful, but if I am at this point I am most honestly I am going to block both.

YES! We have a patient harassing our office staff via text. I am very disappointed that Weave doesn't have this tool to allow me to protect my staff!

Spam needs to be blocked. (We don't need texts from strange numbers telling us they have a crush on us. Who wouldn't?.....lol jk)

We recently had disturbing photos from our contact on weave. It would be great if we could report them and block messages so we can no longer be contacted by the person. Thank you!

It is very helpful to be able to block spam calls; however it is not currently possible to block spam text messages, of which we get many. We currently have someone that has a similar number to us and gives our number out regularly to various craigslist apartments listings, car listings, etc, as well as large companies that will daily send us spam. I would love a feature that allows us to block these numbers as they take up time and energy and are quite frustrating to navigate. Thanks!

Yes, this would be very helpful! We have an inactive patient who appears to have a virus on their phone. We keep getting spam internet links from them and we can't block it. Thanks!

Block call -add link on your app to block the last caller -and it will automatically add the phone number of the last caller instead of us having to manually type the full phone number on our Block list

It would be nice to have a way to block incoming texts from unwanted sources. For some reason we get spam texts at our office, and we would like to have them stop. It would be a great feature to have to block such texts.

How to block number from Auto texting?

It would be great if we could block unwanted calls such as sales calls and other unsolicited robo-calls. Having to answer these calls multiple times takes away from our patients and wastes staff time.

It would be helpful to have the option to block numbers sending messages or calling our office. We are getting spam messages sent to us with bogus links. I don't want an employee to accidentally click on one. Thank you!
