  1. Voicemail Override/ Phone Tree Schedule

    It's too easy to forget to deactivate voicemail override and accidentally miss calls when the office is open. This just happened to us after Thanksgiving. Voicemail override is intended to allow us to "close" the office for unexpected events and holidays. Therefore we should be able to set a time to deactivate this feature at a date and time in the future.

  2. Phone call NOT overriding fax

    When sending a fax and a phone call comes in it would be helpful to not have the screen disappear to the fax and have to start all over

  3. pop up box

    I do not like the update at all. The box pops up in the worst place possible. Then trying to get rid of it is even worse. Can we get rid of this option and go back to the original version?

  4. Error message

    Since the new update, we've been getting a lot of error messages. When we search a patients name and we try to dial out or send a text message, it keeps saying error, and return back to home. Please fix this!!

  5. Turn off recall reminders but not appointment reminders

    There should be an option for a client to opt out of recall reminders but still receive appointment reminders.

  6. Double Check Exiting the Application

    It is too easy to close out of the Application on the Desktop. For a brief moment there was a pop-up that would ask you if you wanted to leave the app so that you were aware that you were closing out of it, that was a brilliant add-on, but it was taken away after a week. When working on a desktop with multiple open tabs and switching back and forth sometimes we [X] out of things we don't mean to because we are working fast. When [X] out of weave i no longer get my caller ID... I seriously…

  7. Recall type messaging - drag and drop options.

    Automated reminders, recall reminders. The messaging only allows one type of recall type called "vaccines" but there are multiple types of recalls available. This makes messaging difficult having to create messages for each type or too generic i.e "your pet is due for a test"

    This should be possible today - you can setup multiple recall reminders and have them point to various recall types in a customized way. If you're not able to do what you're hoping to, please let us know! One route is to contact Weave Support and have them walk you through it live.

  8. I hate the new update

    Hi, We all really HATE the new update, it's very annoying, we have to keep clicking ignore, ignore on messages that are popping on the screen. I am doing my notes, sending emails, doing orders ...etc, the the annoying pop up keeps coming and I cannot reach the top right of my computer screen unless I keep hitting the ignore button multiple times. Please change it asap. Thank you!

  9. mobile app specific administrative rights

    Could there be custom restrictions like view only certain areas on the mobile app so clinical staff can be prevented from altering things for clerical staff after hours? If you view a message it disappears from view for the staff who needs it unless you know to look for it. Another words, can administrative rights be placed to mobile access areas?
