call recording
The call recording toggle on and office is very easy to accidently click on the desktop app and the mobile app. My thought is that it should live within the admin portal only. I cannot foresee an office regularly flipping this feature on and off. I accidently flipped it off when we had a late start due to weather and it took over a week to notice. Of course, the reason I noticed is because I needed to hear something a patient said and now have no record of this conversation. I am spoiled and need that call recording! Thank you!!
