web admin portal "scheduling->manage providers" should filter entries
I use Weave with OfficeMate integration. Officemate differntiates 'staff' from 'provider', and for people who are no longer with the company, allows me to set them as 'inactive'. Users cannot be deleted, as the audit trail needs to keep them around.
So we have 5 active employees, 1 active provider. But the admin portal list shows > 70 entries, from prior employees.
The Weave desktop app properly only shows active users. Only the web portal section is broken.
This list should be filtered, minimally, based on if a resource is marked 'active'. Ideally the list should be filtered to only…

New Insurance verification feature + Dolphin compatibility
Our office would really benefit from your new insurance verification feature, but we utilize Dolphin as our patient software and are thus currently ineligible.

call blocking order
I block spam numbers on Weave Portal from time to time. When I click on "Date Blocked" to see the list of the blocked calls that I entered by dates, it shows the list in Alphabetical order of the month, instead of the chronological order. So April 2022, Aug 2021, Aug 2022, Dec 2021, Feb 2022, Jan 2022, etc. Please correct this so it shows the list properly in the order of the dates.

Report of Opted out patients
Many offices would like to have a simple feature where they can come out with a report of all the office's patients that are opted-out or not. A simple report to give the name of the patient and their phone number would be sufficient. A report will help the offices know on how to figure out why patients are opting out and how to keep them in.

A Messaging System That Sends an Appointment Opening Privately to Multiple Users... We could use like 5 separate groups so we can reach out by appointment type. If there was a certain template we could set for each, that would be even better. We are excited to work with weave and this is the only issue we have had switching over.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Offer SEO - many other companies offer search engine optimization. Since Weave already offers the social media and review side having this feature wouldn't require us to use a whole other company for just this one feature.

Limiting User Permissions based on Services (Fax,SMS,Phone, ETC)
As a company we would really like to use the Weave's Fax system but we cannot have all of our weave users have access to our faxes.
We would like to have the ability to choose which users have access to the Fax system. Some of our users only need phone services other users only need access to the Fax side of weave. At this time there is no way to control our users access to features.
We will unfortunately have to pay for an extra service without the admin controls to limit user permissions.

Appointment Type Filters by procedure code, not tooth number AND procedure code
When creating new filters for email marketing, it would be more beneficial to filter appointment types by procedure code, instead of grouping procedures together by tooth number. Also having the option to select multiple procedure codes for filtering appointment types would be much more useful and direct email marketing.

Web Assistant Widget
After we installed the web assistant (weave button), our website button stopped working. Basically, when you click back on your browser it just doesn't refer you to the previous page. Our website company confirmed that the issue was from the weave button because it interfered with the website this way. Please, look into this.

better data collection for new patients on the scheduler
Can we make a request to the engineers for the scheduling system. Currently when a new patient schedules on-line, the only information that is captured is their name, phone number, and email address. We would like to have fields where they fill in their home address, birthdate and insurance as well. That way we can enter them into our EHR system and ensure that we take their insurance prior to them showing up for the appointment. We do reach out to them via email/ phone ahead of time, but often patients do not return those messages and show up to…

Please remove the Upload Forms option after Digitalization is complete.
Can we please add the ability to remove the "Upload Forms" under the Forms section in the Admin Portal after an office has completed Digitalization? It causes confusion. If it's there the office thinks they can still upload forms for us to digitalize.

Web Assistant Integration Visibility
we were wondering if it’s at all possible to have the new V2 features show in the admin portal for the PMS that integrate with WA. For example when an office writebacks in with forms you can find it in the dashboard. Can something similar be done for Opendental, Eaglesoft, and Officemate* customers only

Kiosk Mode - 2 QRs for better patient confidentiality!
Two different QR codes for Kiosk mode - one for the office to use on a tablet which shows all forms (generic and sent), and one for patients that offices can display on paper for patients/customers to scan with their own device and which will only show the generic forms/packets

Filter by user in payments
Offices have requested being able to see which users processed specific transactions for the payments taken in office. Perhaps by adding a filter in the invoices part of the Weave Portal for filtering by users.

Develop Wright Back System
Currently use the digital forms that patients fill out and submit to the weave portal. At the moment, it saves to the portal but does not upload to our EHR (Electronic Health Records) and to patient's specific chart. It would be extremely beneficial to have a wright back system developed as it is currently available for dental software but not in other clinical software.

Export Patient Info from Weave
Request to be able to print/export the patient data for an office in the portal. Even just the basic data that Weave uses, I've had offices call in just to be able to print name, phone, email, birth date

Allow customer to set stripe payout for a monthly basis instead of just on a daily basis.
Currently the payout from stripe is daily which can cause more work for the accounting team of the business especially if the transactions are larger. The reconciliation process could be improved by making this change.
