Take off the view of total $ collected for the year under invoices and payments (staff doe not need to see that # every time they log in)
Changing the view of Invoices and Payments. Staff should be able to see day of, day before and maybe even week before, but they don't need to see total processed and net each time they log in. Especially, if patient walks by while they are balancing day sheet. That total # is not needed on the main screen. Thank you!

Make your online scheduling unbeatable!
We have three doctors with three different schedules. All appointments are set in 10 min intervals and our office will allow multiple appt types in the same time slot. Everything should be customizable by time/Dr and appointment type. For example each appointment type should have a Mon-Fri (or Sun-Sat) tab with every time slot listed and check off the available appt times for each appointment type for each day. That way we can fully customize the individual Dr's day and appointment types.

Receive 2nd payment terminal, as contracted
Hi, it would be absolutely fantastic if our office could receive the second payment terminal that was discussed and agreed to during our contracting with Weave. I've been trying to have this terminal sent to us since our onboarding in February, with no luck. The Weave salesman, Trevor, was persistent in trying to get us to sign up with Weave and now he is not returning my calls or emails. And our onboarder, who has otherwise been helpful, seems to think his hands are tied. I'm at a loss as to how to obtain the second payment terminal that we…

Ability to change the position of soft keys on Yealink phones
By default, the Yealink phones (at least with Weave) have the 'DND' button in the same position as the 'End Call' button. In addition, after requesting paging to be enabled on our system, this is instead taken up by the 'Paging' button. In both cases, whenever someone ends a call before you have a chance to press 'End Call', this results in accidentally putting the phones on do not disturb or paging all the phones at your location.

Add automated message for receiving uncut lenses
Our office also has a small lab which allows us to order uncut lenses. We have created a template to send to patients when we select that their uncuts have arrived. Similar to the automated messages that get sent out for glasses and contacts, it would be nice to have an automated text sent out instead of having to go into the portal to send the message.

Reminders
Expand the Quantity of Recall Reminders
We were notified that we are limited to only 50 Synced Recall Types. Our office relies heavily on the ability to send reminders to our clients without constraints.1 vote -
Dolphin server manual integration
If we can have a manual integration with the dolphin server vs. cloud it would improve our patient experience for anyone who is added the same day. Currently with cloud if a new patient is added we have to wait 15 mins to be able to utilize our forms or any other features on Weave which can cause a delay in the patient and alter the patients experience with the office.

Disable DND option
There should be a setting/option available either on the phones or in the portal that lets us disable DND on the Yealink phones. Some of my staff keep on accidentally hitting it when trying to click "end call", and then do not receive calls until they realize and fix it.

Missed Call/Text Text by Departments
It would be great if we can configure Missed Call Text / Missed Text Text auto-messages by Department. This way we can have different wording depending on who they are trying to contact, ex Billing vs Main Line.

AUTO REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPOINTMENT. SYSTEM ONLY WILL SEND NEW REMINDER IF WE DELETE EXSITING APPT THEN REMAKE A NEW ONE. I HAVE USED OTHER SOFTWARES THAT WILL SEND NEW REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPT!

Ability to save or delete voicemail message from the Weave portal
When a message is left on an extension here in the office we sometimes have a text notification sent to an employee to handle the calls remotely. The problem is that the messages remain as new on the extension. We need the employee who handles the message remotely to have the ability to remove the message from the extension (either delete the message or mark the message as saved) so no one else will address that message.

Ability to limit shared voicemail boxes to certain extensions
Currently the only option for a shared voicemailbox is to share with "everyone". It would be very, very helpful to have the ability to share with only certain users.

List of upcoming appt reminders
It would be great if we could see a list of upcoming appt reminders that are scheduled to be sent out (like we can see the previous and current day). I had issues with reminders not being sent, I think it is now fixed (with the help of a great weave agent!) but I wanted to be able to verify by looking ahead at the messages that would be sent out for the following week and it is not currently a possibility.

The ability to block reminder messages if/when needed
It would be great if we were able to block appt reminders if/when needed. Example: Our schedule is set up so that each appt is scheduled at a specific time but sometimes we need our patients to come early for testing or later for various reasons so when the reminder goes out it gives them an incorrect time. It would be nice to be able to block those auto reminders and manually send to those patients.
