Weave absolutely must allow for mass marketing emails to be sent from an email address owned by the customer. Mass marketing is one of the primary reasons we purchased this solution, however, nearly 100% of the emails go directly to the recipient's SPAM/JUNK folder. The generic "no-reply" email address Weave sends marketing emails from completely destroys the usability of this feature, because the vast majority of email platforms will immediately categorize these emails as spam. Unless Weave is able to change the email address these mass emails come from, the feature is basically useless. Marketing emails should be able to routed through the customer's domain - many competing technologies do exactly this. I would go as far as to say Weave is committing false advertising about this feature; it is literal "junk" the way it works today.

1000% this. The email marketing editor is horrific. We need an "Advanced Editor" for making marketing emails/newsletters that allows for more hyperlinks, photos, columns, fonts, colors etc and one that will format photos easier to make mobile vs desktop emails more similar. I love weave but absolutely despise this part of it.

This is a huge upgrade that needs to be made ASAP.

I believe it is important that our emails are instantly recognizable. Currently there is no option to include any imagery from our office, such as logos or team photos. I would also love to see font customization options and formatting customization options.

We need to be able to add images to the content/body of email campaigns as well as increase and change the font.

I tried creating a mass email campaign and used the email assistant to auto generate a message. The email read Dear ( patients name). Unfortunately as of right now weave does not auto populate each individuals name in this spot. So I sent out a bulk email with this error. When I talked to rep they said unfortunately weave doesn't put in patients name automatically like they do with the texting when it says (patients name). Please get this fixed to do so. Otherwise this is a waste of time.

Right now there's no way to include a variable in the email that auto-fills with the recipient's name. Please add one so I can send out a marketing campaign and have it be individually addressed.

I've seen a request for it before but asking again, I desperately need more customize options in email campaigns! I like how most options keep it short and sweet however, not being able to add more than one image to an email is very frustrating. We were looking forward to send out a monthly newsletter and no way are we able to fit this in one image. Other marketing sites that allow this don't have the patient data so this simple added feature would make our lives MUCH easier!

I can't understand how customization is non-existent, lots of untapped potential for email communication. I also think its crazy that you can't send a mass email to all patients with insurance, just individual insurance plans.

I need to be able to include photos, picture and graphics into email campaigns. The simple text only format is not cutting it at all.

Why is there a limit to campaigns?

Office loves the auto-fill tags for auto-reminders, and would like the option to do the same thing for Marketing Emails.

Allow for more than one placeholder for photos, I am considering the Banner a placeholder. Many times an additional photo is really needed for email marketing whether it be before/after photos or simple more than one photo.

Patient's name need to be in the mass email somehow instead of just a blank email not addressing anyone directly. Solution reach have this ability.
There also needs to be a button for patients to click to text us, click to call or email us instead of just linking to another website.

We agree! The marketing and emails are terrible. I don't understand why there are no options to be able to 1. insert a patient's name, to personalize the email. 2. Send a campaign out to newly scheduled appointments, automatically. 3. The Headline text is ugly and unnecessary. 4. The ability to add hyperlinks, such as Facebook, or even a button where they request a phone call regarding their appointment. 5. Overall customizing of the emails doesn't exist.
We are very sad that this is such a downfall of Weave and have also considered leaving because of it.
