Weave currently integrates digital forms with Crystal PM by uploading a PDF copy of the filled out form into the patient chart. It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to transfer over the filled out information directly into the patient's record page to avoid the need for double data entry, so we currently use Crystal's online form. Will sign up to Weave's forms in a heartbeat once that feature is available due to much more flexibility with customization and seamless interface for the patients.
