  1. Save Completed Work on Forms

    Hello,

    please allow users to save their process as completing the forms especially with forms that require multiple pages/questions. This will allow users to return to their form is unable to be completed at once and not have to restart again. As a recurring issues that we have at out practice we have had great feedback from parents saying having progress saved will result in parents actually turning forms in and not dreading to reenter all information again.

    We need this feature please!! Thanks!!!

  2. HIPAA Template

    It would be super helpful and awesome to have the HIPAA form already available as a template! I think every office uses this and it is super long to have to create! Thank you so much for your consideration

  3. Weave Forms - Need to eliminate first page for Dentist Clearance Forms

    Our dentists like to send patient referrals via our website.

    We want that referral process to be HIPAA compliant AND
    we want it to be as easily as possible.

    That means we DO NOT want the on boarding page to be there. It is an extra steps for the dentist, it transfers the dentist information into the referral and we DO NOT want to loose referrals because we have a CLUMSY and CUMBERSON process to refer patients.

    Easy is BETTER!
