  1. Customize the text for Weave Forms message

    I would like to be able to customize the text message that is being sent with the Weave Forms. Currently I copy and paste what I would like it to say each time, as you can imagine this is a but redundant.

  2. Roles, Permissions, Controls for Forms

    Patient Forms...
    The placement of the returning forms really needs to be changed. As the office manager, I don't need to see these forms but my employees do... Right now, I have to log on and put them in a shared folder so they are usable... this does not work when i am gone or busy when a patient walks in...

    So either the permissions needs to be changed or the location of where they are uploaded into weave needs to change... please

    Some besides Admin needs to be able to access forms. Maybe the Advanced team member.

  4. Non-Medical Vertical Pre-Admission Registration Form Removal

    Request to remove the Pre-Admission Registration form for non-medical verticals (insurance, home service, etc.)

    Be able to customize the message that's sent for Forms via email! Especially for new patients so that their appointment date and time can be added.

  6. Errors with formatting and scrolling for "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Condition"

    On my side, the privacy policy is formatted properly with spaces were they belong, but for patients when they view it, it completely ignores spaces and just puts everything into one long paragraph.

    Also, when attempting to scroll through the "Privacy policy" it will get stuck and not let you scroll any further. This happens in both PC and Mobile.
