An error occurred while saving the comment Jimmy Chang commented1000000% need this, exceptions are by nature unusual and you need more rule based logic built into it. If you need a reference, just look at google calendar recurring logic.
Every 5th of month, every 2nd tuesday and wednesday, etc. etc. etc.
I'm literally having to update it entirely manual.On top of that, say your office is 11-7PM
you create an "available" exception for 9-5
it still assumes you're available from 5-7PM, shouldn't the exceptions override the default office hours entirely?Jimmy Chang supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Jimmy Chang commentedMy workaround for this was to disable the extra ops and unfortunately you still need to assign a provider to each open ops. I just hate having to mess with the provider time slots and for each appointment in order for weave to show the right availability.

I think there's a way to work but it requires tweaking Eaglesoft provider availability hours, chair assignments, and the time unit for each appointment type.
Why does it have to be this hard?
