Intercom Shortcut Integration
Intercom/Soft Key programming.
Integrating the ability to have the soft keys be programmed to 8 +ext # for the intercom feature would be incredibly convenient. This would save time for the user on the intercom feature, and would allow for the auto answer feature to be enabled. This would help distinguish the intercom calls vs regular calls.It might seem as if I'm rambling but i would be happy to elaborate.
1 voteYou can manage this using the new Line Keys manager in the Weave Admin Portal. Add a user extension and set it to intercom.

Windows app crashes, No Android Bluetooth!!
Windows app almost always crash after Windows log back in, especially resume from hibernation.
No Bluetooth for headset on Android APP!! This is a major deficiency!!

I am still having issues with my app, I am no longer able to see incoming calls or my voicemails unless I go on my cell phone.... this is kind of frustrating....

home button covered in dentrix
The weave notifications does NOT work very well with Dentrix, it covers the "home" button in Dentrix and makes it very annoying and difficult to schedule + keep track of messages at the same time.

Don't SCREAM the first name
AdvancedMD has all first names in ALL CAPS UPPERCASE. So when we send a reminder, it "screams" the person's first name in the beginning of the message (Dear JOHN, you have an appointment). Is there a way to transform AdvancedMD's input into lower case, so that it reads "Dear John, you have an appointment"? I know this doesn't seem like a big deal - but as you know, UPPERCASE LETTERS ARE CONSIDERED LIKE SCREAMING IN TEXT MESSAGES, which is not what we want to communicate to our patients before an appointment. Implementation improvements
We absolutely LOVE your services! Weave has made communication with our patients so efficient. I would like to give some constructive feedback however. We have two locations and during implementation of the second location, we have had multiple issues with the text messaging. Patients at location 1 get messages involving location 2, causing a lot of confusion and frustration among our patients. This also happened with a previous satellite location that we had. It would seem helpful to have a checks and balances system in place to verify the location IDs are correctly integrated before going live. Secondly, my personal…

we would really like to get better integrated with our PMS, DR. Chrono. We are not able to use WEAVE to its full potential without being integrated.
