  2. Integration with EHR

    I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

  5. WEBPT Integration

    I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

  7. Recall Feature Improvement

    The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.

    Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

  8. AVIMark Integration Improvements

    I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal.   9. Patient Survey

    We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

  10. Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits

    It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

  11. E-Prescribe Option

    It would be wonderful if there was an option to integrate or if Weave had it's own version of E-Prescribe for offices. This is a feature that is becoming more highly sought after and because weave doesn't currently offer it we will have to out source.

  13. 1 Click phone call through Dentrix

    I call a lot of patients each week(200+) and to be able to click 1 button in Dentrix that calls the patient from my phone would be life changing. It would save me so much time and frustration dialing number after number after number. I would like for it to be as simple as clicking their telephone number in Dentrix and have it instantly go through on my phone, like a hyperlink.   14. Auto-Confirmations Date/Time Stamp with Copy of Message in Patient Chart Notes

    Would it be possible for appointment confirmations in Weave to write back an entry in the patient chart on OpenDental with a date/time stamp? For example, when Jon Smith confirms his appointment, it will change from unconfirmed to confirmed in the schedule. We would like it to also document the date/time with a copy of the message in the OpenDental patient chart notes. When we use OpenDental's auto-confirmation module, it does this for us already and makes it easier to track. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you so much!

    The app is an awesome idea and it's really great for lots of things. I have been making calls from home since last summer and I use your app almost everyday. I have a lot of feedback and would love to answer any questions you might have about the following (or anything else): When I call out, the connection often isn't great and then I use a wired headset with an extended microphone.     -We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?

  17. New Patients who are not active in Dentrix

    Weave needs to be able to integrate more with Dentrix in order to recognize New Patients that are in the schedule but not activated in our system. Meaning we should be able to send the new patient forms digitally or have confirmation texts and emails sent like any other patient. We came to Weave from Lighthouse. Lighthouse was able to recognize and send New Patients appointment reminds even if they were not active in the system. We are not allowed to create new patients charts until they actually show up in office for their appointments. Please make this happen as…

  18. Information

    Reminders - We should be able to send reminders to several members for some of our patients.

    When you switch from one program that pulls information a different way ( the billing tab) and your weave system pull for a different tab we ( the office) should be told that, not discover it on your own. That would have been a factor in switching systems.

  20. Check In Kiosk

    A check in kiosk that integrates with our practice management software (Eyefinity EPM). This would help stream line the check in process to ensure accurate data entry for patients accounts and ability for them to sign required consent forms with visits.
