Patient Survey
We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

Integration with EHR
I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

Eaglesoft INCONTACT compatibility
WE can't even use the list in weave for people that need to be contacted after their 6 months is up. INCONTACT must be the only source for a list of past due patients for teeth cleaning. lists currently do not read Eaglesoft after they are scheduled or contacted. some are dead, some are inactive. please write a program for eaglesoft to send the incontact list to your list of past due for cleaning or past due.otherwise list is useless its too much manual intervention that we don't have any time for . Thank you

E-Prescribe Option
It would be wonderful if there was an option to integrate or if Weave had it's own version of E-Prescribe for offices. This is a feature that is becoming more highly sought after and because weave doesn't currently offer it we will have to out source.

WEBPT Integration
I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

Chronic Care IQ integration
Chronic Care IQ integration - We are launching a new service line which entails remote patient monitoring. We need to be able to report all time spent on the phone with a patient. The platform we will use is Chronic Care IQ ( https://www.chroniccareiq.com/). The Chronic Care IQ platform is built to record patient interactions and create billable reports.The company tells me they have repeatedly tried to contact Weave to complete an integration at their cost. Secure Messaging with iOS users, using Apple Business Chat (iMessage)
Could you guys work out an integration using Apple Business Chat API so that secure encrypted iMessages could be sent to Apple device users. This would allow most patients to be texted in a HIPAA compliant manor. Weave would be the first to integrate a way to securely text message patients, and it would be super cool if you did this because it wouldn't require a complicated portal. Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits
It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

AVIMark Integration Improvements
I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal. New Integration: OpenEMR
My office uses Weave, and we love it. The only setback is that it currently does not integrate with OpenEMR. Integrating with OpenEMR would make our lives and jobs so much easier. I hope you really consider integrating with OpenEMR. Thank you

Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!
Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

Auto-Confirmations Date/Time Stamp with Copy of Message in Patient Chart Notes
Would it be possible for appointment confirmations in Weave to write back an entry in the patient chart on OpenDental with a date/time stamp? For example, when Jon Smith confirms his appointment, it will change from unconfirmed to confirmed in the schedule. We would like it to also document the date/time with a copy of the message in the OpenDental patient chart notes. When we use OpenDental's auto-confirmation module, it does this for us already and makes it easier to track. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you so much!

Drag and Drop/Cut and paste to reschedule appointments on Nextech
When using the Nextech scheduler, we often "drag and drop" and "cut and paste" to reschedule appointments. This happens around 20 times a day in our office. Weave support has shared that the integration does not recognize this modification as a rescheduled appointment. This triggers multiple confusing appointment reminder/confirmation texts with both the old and new appointment to the patient. Their suggestion was to physically cancel the appointment and create a new appointment for the patient. This would be loads more work and is an unacceptable answer.

Jane EHR Integration
This is a very easy to use software, especially for small businesses. I would LOVE to be able to use forms because Jane does NOT have a good source for it. Also we have to manually do our adding in patients because Jane adds the country code and removing it from our extensive patient list is hard. PLEASE make this happen. They are a Canadian company, not sure if it makes a difference.
