Revert calculation of missed calls to previous calc
The calculation for missed calls changed with the last update. Previously, only missed calls were counted in the "missed" number. Now Missed and Abandoned are included. This makes the number much higher, and out of our front desks control as people hang up frequently when they realize they are supposed to text their arrival and not call. Please change the calculation back to the previous method, or add an option on how to calculate.

Mobile App Call Parking
It is essential for us to be able to transfer calls from the mobile app to the desk phones. A few of us often work from home and and need the ability to be able to transfer calls back to the clinic for on site staff members to handle things as needed.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
PLEASE MAKE THE "NON-SUFFICIENT" CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS STAND OUT FROM THE REST!!!
If a transaction does NOT go thru for whatever reason - Please make them look different in some way - either change the color to red or have in HUGE letters that it FAILED....or .....??? Because it was the same color and "insufficient funds" was written so small, our receptionist missed it and we only caught the mishap AFTER the client left.
ALSO, while we are discussing "cc transactions" - It would be nice if you can keep the refunds, cancellations, etc (any altering of transactions) reserved for…1 vote -
Credit Card Posting
I would like to be able to intergrate running payments directly into our patients ledgers, we had the software capabilities with our old merchant services TSYS and since switching to Weave we have to manually go in and post the payment to the patient ledger now.

Export CSV or Excel file from weave client database
Currently, we can import CSV from practice software and upload it to Weave. I would like to have option to export CSV file or Excel file from Weave (client database). Thank you.

Weave Portal Needs Major Help
Please upgrade the Weave Admin Portal online. The Message Queue is basically useless. The usability of this feature is almost zero- why are the only two views Last Week and Current Week? Why can we not search by a date range or specific day? Right now the only way to see if messages are really being sent out is go to each and every patient and look at their message history- which defeats the purpose of having the Message Queue. It also shows me how many opted out but not who? And how many are Missing Data but not who?…

Billing Ideas
It would be really nice if when payments come in they would be different colors if they are paid in office or paid via text. Or even have two different areas for those payments to keep them separated more easily since they are different fees.
Also, It would be nice to have a place to mark that it was posted on the actual app and not just in the Admin Portal. The Admin portal is nice for End of month, but it would be nice to have it on the app for a daily check for staff not just managers/owners.

Weave Support Chat
I am NOT a fan of the new Weave chat. I would much prefer to wait for someone in a que. I understand typing in a topic so the issue can be sorted but the automated portion is not helpful and a waste of my time as a client.

Undelivered Txt/Email
Consider showing your summary reports undelivered texts or emails please. This will be super helpful and help save a lot of time. Our old system had it, and helped keep records up to date :) Love Weave so far
Also creating a way to have the dashboard "pinnable" to the desk top, that way it's always in front of us when we are looking at doctors schedule.1 vote -
Contact back up options/customize close of day
Overall, Weave is a great system. Just have a couple of suggestions/requests:
1-Although most do, not every patient has a mobile phone/text capability. We would like Weave to email/call those patients who are unable to receive text messages. I realize there is an email option, but it is all or nothing. We don't want to send texts AND emails to patients--we want to send texts OR emails to patients--if they have neither text or email, then an automated phone call (Yes, we have some wonderful patients with only a land line).

Call ID to appear when taken off hold
It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

Converting files to PDF
Hi- This is Jo. Our office has been using Weave for a while now and even though we love the features; my frustration comes from having to convert png to pdf now. Having to download the wellness forms and then convert to pdf, then save again and finally importing the file is very inconvenient! Especially in an office that is sooo busy! It would be great if you looked into this and make a change. Thanks in advance.

Missed Call Text - Line Specificity
With the missed call txt, we have come to see a slight issue. Its great to have when receptionist are helping others on the phone and we miss a call, the txt message to the client is great. But we have a tree line system so when we are open clients leave voicemails for our doctors as an option. When they leave the voicemail, they still receive the missed call txt and to call back or txt in which can be confusing. The txt message should only go to true missed calls, not for doctor or technician med refill voicemails.
