AVIMark Integration Improvements
I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal. Appointment Request
We just signed up for the appointment request widget for our website. However, if a person sends an appointment request, we are not notified on our mobile weave app. This defeats the purpose if we are away from the office for a speedy reply. We were told because we use Chirotouch software, Weave is not integrated with the software and we have to use a CSV file. Thus, the mobile app does not have the 'Request' feature. How can this be rectified? Can we get the appointment request through the 'Text' feature? Is there a resolution?

for a practice with more then one dept (call group) if can add a option my missed calls to see what dept. missed the call for the right dept to return the call

Employee Schedule
It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

If a payment was collected on the wrong patient by mistake, there is no way to correct this.

Team Chat: Multiple Chat Windows
I think it would be helpful if there was an option to have multiple windows open at a time. For example, I'd like to be able to keep my team chat open while also having a client conversation in a separate window, rather than having to switch back and forth within the desktop app.

Treatment Plan Reminders
Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups. Job Classifications
Our front staff is classified as Advanced Team Members to give then the ability to roll our phones over to an outside answering service during non-work hours. Our issue is that because they are classified as Advanced Team Members they also have access to Analytics, which allows them to track their co-workers calls answered and placed. This has caused hard feelings between co-workers. WE wish there someway they could have the ability to roll the phones over, but not have access to Analytics. Thanks

Reminders for same-day changes
Hello, I need to have some resolution for this, the way that reminders queue up is an issue, if a patient calls day of appointment ad moves up earlier, then they could receive a reminder after the appointment time has passed for that appointment... I do have a specific example to give. a patient today was scheduled at 4pm, moved up to 11:30am. the time that the appointment was moved was 9:46 am. Analytics Missed Calls vs Abandoned Calls
May we please separate abandoned calls from missed calls in analytics. It is quite frustrating, having to cross reference what our actual number is in our missed calls. We thought we were having a higher number of missed calls when that actually was not the case. For some reason when there was a software update WEAVE ANALYTICS chose to intentionally count caller abandoned calls as missed calls. May we please get those analytics separated? Refund Payments show in Net Total
When processing a Stripe credit card refund through Weave, it is very hard to keep the accounting aspect of it straight. When a report is opened in Invoices /payments I would expect to see the refund that was deducted on the Net total. Also, have it deducted from the Net total the day it was refunded, not the day the payment was originally taken.

Detailed Missed Calls Report
Detailed breakdown of missed calls. Right now under phone analytics it just shows a percentage of how many of your total calls are missed. We would really like to know the breakdown of that percentage. Like what extensions are missing the most calls.

Auto Post for Credit Card Payments
Good Morning,
We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.

easy button for Forms right on app
I think on the text messages that there should be a button that can be clicked to send forms via text and it will create a link for the patient to click on from that text message. And also give an option what for to send. It would make thins a lot easier doing it right from the weave app instead of going into the portal just to send.

Software Improvements
Hello,
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.
