    I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

  2. iPad App Landscape Mode

    iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

  5. Weave-PMS Sync Status

    I would like to be able to see confirmation of the most recent sync between my practice management software and Weave's database. I recently upgraded Dentrix from 5.2 to 7.3 and didn't know that Weave had stopped syncing a week ago. I only discovered this by luck when texting a patient and wondering why his name was not showing up, just his number. I would like to either be able to see this last sync data on the app (desktop or ios), on app.getweave.com, or on the server.   6. Dentrix Auto Dial

    Dentrix has an auto-dial feature that allows us to click on a phone number to be automatically dialed on our phones. This Dentrix feature does not work with Weave. It would be a major time saver when reaching out to our overdue recall patients.

  8. Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat

    Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?

    This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.

    It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.

  9. Caller ID

    Caller ID on the phones. A lot of time when new patients call they have difficult spellings of names, caller id helps tremendously with that. It would be very helpful. When it is a current patient but we do not have their new phone # it helps to let us know also.

  10. Recent update notes

    I like a lot of things about the newest update. However, I wish that I could reposition the notification bubble. After using the software for so many years, I liked that it was located in the same spot and I'm frustrated by the move that seems to make no sense.
    Also, previous versions allowed you to group notifications in to a summary and I haven't figured out how to make that happen with this update. It is kind of annoying to have to dismiss all notifications individually.

  12. Allow managers/owners access to team chat

    I think the weave app should have a feature that allows office managers/owners to view the team chat of any employee. While we love weave and initially loved the idea of the team chat as we thought it could help employees communicate business matters, we have run into some problems where the chatting feature is being misused by staff which goes against our office computer policies. Currently, there is no way to prove misuse. I think it would be great if owners/managers/admins had this capability. It is something we've already reached out to Weave to see if it could be…

  13. Notification: New Payment Received

    There should be a way to receive a notification when a patient completes a payment online in response to a weave text for payment. We sent text requests for payment occasionally, but we never know whether or not the patient has followed the link and paid unless we go to the weave admin portal and check. Some sort of notification or indication via email or directly in weave would be helpful in making sure that the patient's payment is promptly credited to their account.

    We're happy to announce that Weave now offers in-app notification for Weave payments. This new feature is only available in the New Weave Experience - the settings can be managed under Settings > Personal Settings > Notifications > Payments.

    We are also currently exploring some other updates to email notifications and in app notifications for payment activity, so stay tuned.

    We like to adhere to our patients needs. Can we improve the system to have an option to specifically send one patient 3 appointment reminders and another patient 1 appointment reminder? Some patients feel like there are to many reminders they receive.

  18. Text Auto-reminder to take medication prior to appointment. (aka pre-med)

    We would like the ability to create a pre-appointment reminder to take their pre-appointment medication. We would especially like it to say what types of meds the patient needs to take.

    This would be different from advanced filters because it'd be triggered by the option "needs pre-med" in the PMS. including the potential for a variable of "medication" so they can list out something like "please remember to take [medication] 2 hours before your appointment"
