Weave Admin Portal Reporting Modifications
In the Weave admin Portal I would love the ability to look back farther than 2 weeks. I would like to be able to compare month over month to see the volume of messages that are going out daily. This is especially vital as we are working through the anniversary of the shutdown and the number of patients that we saw in March, April and May of 2020 are drastically smaller than the months previous and I would like to ensure that the modified recall reminders are going out to a wider range of patients.

Change receipt font, size and bold
Be able to change the font, size or bold for the receipts. Everything I print through my receipt printer is great, except receipts from Weave. Only the business name is clear to read.

Form Editing Capability
It would be very helpful if we could have access to edit our COVID questionnaire or if Weave could create a fillable version of our COVID form and link that form to the text messages our patients receive.

Feature under "Lists"
In the weave portal, under the Lists area, there are few options for collections as well as unscheduled patients for recall. In the past I remember that it would break it down further and show the no of unscheduled patients for 6 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo etc.
Also under collections, it would break it down to amount over due by months. For some reason there is filter option but doesn't show the breakdown anymore.
Please add that feature back, it was insightful.

Analytics display and data
The color scheme for the font in analytics is unreadable. It is white on light grey. Make the font black please.
Also need metric with total call minutes rather than just number of calls to accurately reflect phone activity.1 vote -
Better "Delete" phone number in the dial pad so you can call the next person
Delete phone number in the dial pad - not have to do back space a bunch of times before calling the next person. When I have to work off of my cell phone it slows me down to have to back out of each number one digit at a time before dialing the next number.

Second prompt/refunds
We had an overcharge yesterday because it was keyed in wrong. Could there be a second prompt after you click process payment? Maybe prompting are you sure you want to process with cost showing. I realize its an extra step but an extra click would take no time at all. Also when you go to refund an charge in the admin. portal the drop down menu gives you options of why we are refunding and I feel it would help to have one that says overcharge or operator error. Thank You

Integrate with Practice Fusion EMR
Please please integrate with Practice Fusion EMR!!! Is Weave still planning to have the merchant services support more than one merchant account?

LIVE CHAT via office website
I am signing up for the BETA trial. I think it is great that widgets will be available on office website for patients to access for New patient contact. I would REALLLLY would like to see Weave advance into providing LIVE chat directly from websites for new patients.

Patient Portal
We had an office retreat this past weekend. We were brainstorming ideas that would enhance our patient experience. It was suggested we offer a patient portal. This patient portal is available to patients in a lot of medical settings. It allows the patient to login with a unique login to check their patient information: Rx, next appointment scheduled or to be scheduled, any referrals made to other doctors and their information would show up, etc.

Competed follow ups should be sorted latest first. Right now I have to scroll through hundreds to see what was recently completed

appt reminder for unique appointment
We have one appointment each day that requires a unique appointment reminder. The patient needs to arrive 1hr 10 mins earlier than the actual time. We have tried to create our own reminder with the advanced filters however there are so many combinations for this appointment the list in the advanced filters has 100+ appointments and we are constantly adding more. Is is possible for weave to use just 3 characters in the appointment descriptor line versus the whole line when sending out a appointment reminder? Extension Transfers via iPhone App
It would be nice if on the iPhone app we had the ability to transfer only a specific extension to our cell phone rather than an entire company's lines. We have managers that transfer between clinics a lot and having the ability to have one phone number's extension transfer would be a bit game changer.

Credit card batch cycle
Settling the credit card system at midnight each day would greatly improve your credit card processing customers ability to reconcile each days payments. We understand that payments are accepted through your system 24/7 but this solution wouldn't interfere with payments being made. Anything up to 11:59:59 would be on one days settlement and everything after 12:00:00 would be on the next. Most businesses reconcile their payments on a regular basis and the current system that allows for multiple days purchases to be on the same batch leads to a larger amount of time and effort needed to match transactions for…

CSV Upload: Support Pet Names, too
We are a Vet practice and use both Clients (animal owner) and patients (the animal) with some clients with multiple patients. It would be nice to include the patients names when uploading the CSV file. Mike

Sync time stamp
We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

CSV file upload Logging
It would great to be able to tell the dates and times for the CSV uploads so that the administrators in the practice could ensure things were updated properly.
