  1. Fix overdue patients list

    Unable to load overdue patient's list after calling patients or receiving calls. Inconvenient and wastes time.

  2. App update

    We use an IVR for the office. Currently, we show the office as being open on Wednesdays from 8-6 with lunch from 8-6 and then direct new patients to hit choice 1, which brings them to the "take home phone" - the cell for one person designated to catch those call for the day. Currently, we need to enter that number into the "NP Forwarding Number" field. If we need to change it, it can only be done from the desktop. There is no editing feature available on the mobile app.

    You can now edit the Forwarding Number within the Call Forwarding settings.

  3. Bring back user names as display names, once logged in

    With the new update, you've made the display name for each user to be the part before the "at" in their email address. Please go back to having the display name be the actual name we set up in their user profile. Not all email addresses that organizations use correlate with a first name that works well for interoffice communications. For example, as our website administrator, my email address begins with 'admin'. We also have several email addresses that do not include the person's first name. I get that you need people to login via email address for privacy, but…

  4. Don't Prompt to Send Follow Up After Sending

    Hey, I use the follow up reminders to send out texts; and they are great. But every time one pops up I press 'send now' and it still pops up at least 2-3 more times even after I send the text.

  5. Professional Contact List

    It would be nice to add contacts, such as labs and insurances, so I can recognize inbound calls and make outbound calls more quickly.

    You can create business contacts in the contact directory portion of the admin portal. By assigning a contact to a list, you can assign a list to a phone and their caller ID will show on your deskphone on an inbound call. You can also then you the contact directory on your phone to dial them quickly.

  7. User Specific Notification Settings

    Every user should have different rights/capabilities. For example, the doctors don't need to see Front office correspondence with patients. In our office at least , they are too busy for that. So currently they are getting alerts about missed calls, patients texting about appointments and it seems unnecessary. Have unique user views or capabilities seems like it would make more sense!

    You now have control over which notifications you see on your computer and how long you want them to stay on your screen. Navigate to your Weave Settings and select ‘Notifications’ to manage which alerts you want to see.

  8. Interact with IVR from Weave interface while on phone

    It would be very useful to be able to send DTMF tones from the weave windows application while on the phone with an insurance company. Basically to be able to enter ivr options and id numbers using the numeric keypad on the computer rather than the phone.

  10. Bypass 10 reminders if appointment is already marked firm.

    If a patient has an appointment that is already marked firm we would like the automated system to bypass the 10 day reminder. We are getting feedback from patients that there are too many reminders.

    Edit the reminder to “Send Reminder to” Unconfirmed Patients", this will exclude confirmed patients from receiving the reminder

  12. Preferred name

    Weave sends patients text and uses their legal name and not their preferred name. It would be nice if it went by their preferred name.

    When creating an Appointment or Recall Reminder there is a tag called “Pref Name” that can be added to the text templated to use the patient Preferred Name. If the Preferred Name is unavailable it would use the First Name of the patient.

    Patients would love it if weave would also show what will be done at their visit when it sends out a reminder for the appt.

    We are currently beta testing and will soon launch enhancements to our appointment reminders which will allow you to send reminders to patients with a specific appointment type, provider, or operatory assigned to them. This would allow you to provide information about the appointment with the appointment reminder. If you would like to access this feature now let me know and I can get you access.

    We love the new office CHAT feature. It would work better for our office if there were a sound notification or the weave box would pop up when a new message is received. When Weave is in the background, we can't easily tell when we receive a message.

  17. Pre appointment notification time

    We would like to be able to set specified amounts of time to notify pts to arrive by for each appt type. (EX. pt has a 2pm appt, the system would recognize it is a New pt appt and instead of telling them to be here @ 2pm it would remind the pt to be here @ 140p)

    We are currently beta testing Dynamic Appointment Reminders which allow you to send reminders to patients with a specific Appointment Type or Provider. We can include you office as part of our beta if you would like.

  18. NPO Reminders

    Automatically have an appt reminder that goes out for patients having oral sedation or nitrous telling them instructions of no eating or drinking before the appt. It should automatically know which one to send based off of the coding in the system. For example, NPO 6hrs for D9248 (oral sedation) and NPO 2hrs for D9230 (analgesia/nitrous). I have to put these in my auto reminders to make sure they get that reminder and it always confuses my hygiene patients because they think they are not supposed to eat or drink anything.

    Would like a report to show who has scheduled recall appts after receiving the "recall" reminder from weave. Some patients are still needing to be called or sent a postcard reminder and this would make this processes much easier. 2) like to be able to send out mass texts to patients.

  20. Marking Messages as Unread

    We are new to Weave in our office and would love a way to mark text messages that need action as unread. Currently a blue dot will show up next to unread messages. If we read the message but are unable to take action at that time there is no way to go back and mark it as unread. This would be a helpful feature. Thank you!
