There needs to be an option for manual insurance credit card payments. It is very time-consuming to have to put in a billing address, credit card number, and all the other required info to process a credit card payment. Some EOB's have 20+ patients on them, so to run it individually would also be very time consuming. We also don't know true billing addresses for these credit cards. A lot of them just come with a number, CVV code, and expiration date. There's not cardholder name, billing address, or billing zip code given. A couple ways around this:

Offices would like clear guidelines on what constitutes as confirmations and cancels to be posted on Weave Academy
I have an office who is having issues with confirmation writebacks and writeback cancellations. They have been trying to find the proper guidelines for confirmation writebacks because patients reply with a string of sentences and it doesn't writeback properly. They request that a clear list of what can be sent and confirmed or cancelled for appointments be posted on Weave Academy.

Daily Report of the total Actual Paid Invoices and Refunds
The only way to see the daily sum total of actual payments is to export, sum total, and optional print. And even then, the refunds are not visible on the download. They have to be accounted for separately. There is no way to view this accurately on a daily report. Filters to get this data and be able to print from the page would be a huge time saver.

It is unclear if birthday and contact information is for the Patient (Fluffy) or the Client. Also, they said that their client information does not include things like birthdates etc and would be very confusing for their clients.

Sync 2 office locations under google reviews
We operate 2 locations off 1 weave account due to 1 office being open at a time. Can you please make the ability to have both office locations sync under the google reviews so it will pull from both locations under google?

Integration with Practice Fusion
Integrating with the medical office EHR system called Practice Fusion would be very beneficial, probably for the Weave company and our smaller medical clinic. Right now, without this integration, we have to use alternate systems for email, reminders, and billing. Reminders being a major part considering we use the Weave text feature a ton. It's been a few years and Weave had still not integrated with this major EHR system. Wish it would!!

Wellness Forms for iOS users
The wellness form submitted via safari, the form does not show filled with the checkboxes that were selected at the time of submission
When submitting in via chrome, the checkboxes selection seems fine when viewing the submitted form in the admin portalWould be nice to get this fixed, as this can likely be issue for iPhone users who are also using Safari on their phone.

Due Date that pops up when a patient calls is wrong
The due date listed for the patient is wrong. It's pulling up the latest due date possible in our Dentrix system and is not basing the due date on their prophy. When I called to have the due date change to go by prophy date I was told this was not an option. What's the point of having the due date listed if its not for a prophy?

Follow up sort order, tag and filter
Follow ups are sorted in oldest first and I can not see what was recently completes. NOT WORKING properly. need this corrected ASAP

automatically tag all responses to certain notifications to a specific staff member
It would be helpful if there was a way to automatically tag a response to a notification to our patients. For example, an automatic text notification goes out to a patient letting them know that their contact lenses are ready to be picked up. We already have it set up so that the notification asks the patient to respond with "C" when they receive it. Is there a way to make that "C" response be automatically tagged to a certain staff member so he doesn't have to sift through all of the responses to see which patients have been notified?

make it possible to be able to access a clients information, their number etc. available in all features
Office would like if it was possible to access a clients information (their number etc.) in text messages as well as in phone as well as in the patient icon. As of this moment if I look a client up for the most recent communication via text I can’t call them directly by just touching their contact information. I didn’t have to go search them again under patients or phone which is very unusual for this kind of software. MORE FILTER OPTIONS W/INSURANCE
when doing a campaign, please allow us to add MULTIPLE INSURANCES to the filter. It is very limiting to only be able to do 1 single insurance at a time.
Also add to the filter option the ability to filter by provider/DR
BRING BACK THE QUICKFILL BLAST THAT IN 2019 ALLOWED WEAVE TO PULL MULTIPLE PAST DUE PTS AND SEND THEM LAST MINUTE OPEININGS.

Provide more data in overdue lists such as which pet overdue for what so you can better use the phone, text, and email buttons.
In an overdue list, when you click on the gray circle with the clients initials, why can't the same information come up that comes up in a client profile? Currently, only the date of the overdue service appears, but we can't call, text, or email the client if we don't know which pet and which service is overdue. We have to back out of the list (twice) and then reenter the client profile through the customer list to find out which pet is due for which service. But then there is no way to phone, text or email from that…

Online Schedule filter Dr by appointment type.
They need to be able to filter Drs based on their appointment type because they have certain Drs that only see specific appointment types. So that if I select a specific appointment type, I’m only able to see the Drs that service that type of appointment.
The second thing is really a descriptor of the first, each Dr for them has 2 columns of time, and the first is only booked for longer types of appointments like full exams, and the second column is for things like contact fit check. They would like to be able to have the scheduler…1 vote -
Linking forms with the Dolphin System
Hello!
I have been trying to make it so I could use the forms from Weave and send them to patients and when the form has been submitted it would link with our system DOLPHIN. I spoke with one of your reps and they said you do not currently work with the Dolphin system. This would be beneficial to have since many medical offices are using this system.

Various payers have been requested. This is only something we can pass onto Vyne as we have no control over which payers are added over time.
