Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored
They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones
I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

More Efficient Call Tree
The call tree system, as it stands, is completely inefficient. Requiring an admin to add a user to the call tree is just adding extra steps. Why not allow normal users to add themselves to a phone tree? In addition, make this feature usable from the desktop app rather than the admin portal.
Companies with multiple locations would benefit greatly from this flexibility.

Receiving email notification from online scheduling
It would be nice to receive an email notification after a patient has submitted an appointment request via web assist on our website, in case the front desk staff are busy and they miss the text notification. This is a request from Dr. Chegini from Arsmiles Dental & Cosmetic Dentistry. Thank you.

messages that only apply to Admins
Updates that are only for Admins should ONLY appear on Admins computers. It really gets some employees upset when they can't do some things that they think they 'should' be able to do.

overdue account
I created a ticket to have the overdue balances looked at, 0-30 shows up as overdue and it should not. I sent a collection text to a patient that was here a day or so ago and noticed it says overdue balance. It should only say that if
it is past 30 days, not day after someone was here. It is embarrassing to us and the patient. It was suggested to send this to feedback. Hopefully this can be given high priority attention, as you can imagine the patient was offended. See attached screenshots of someone's account from yesterday.1 vote -
Forms annual renew auto-reminder for patient/customer info
The ability of the Forms system (could be toggled on or off) for an auto-reminder/form to automatically re-send after a year or two has lapsed since the patient last filled out their patient info/medical history packets for all active patients.

Pay Overdue Bills in Portal
Several offices have asked for an option to have a place in the portal to pay overdue invoices, instead of having to call in to have us manually run them, or wait for them to autoprocess.

I am the admin of our Weave system and I would like to be able to see how long each employee is logged into Weave as compared to how long they are logged in on the timeclock. I am pretty sure some employees are not pulling their weight when it comes to answering calls and text messages but I have no proof because I can't adequately log this information.
