Text Auto-reminder to take medication prior to appointment. (aka pre-med)
We would like the ability to create a pre-appointment reminder to take their pre-appointment medication. We would especially like it to say what types of meds the patient needs to take.
This would be different from advanced filters because it'd be triggered by the option "needs pre-med" in the PMS. including the potential for a variable of "medication" so they can list out something like "please remember to take [medication] 2 hours before your appointment"

Notification: New Payment Received
There should be a way to receive a notification when a patient completes a payment online in response to a weave text for payment. We sent text requests for payment occasionally, but we never know whether or not the patient has followed the link and paid unless we go to the weave admin portal and check. Some sort of notification or indication via email or directly in weave would be helpful in making sure that the patient's payment is promptly credited to their account.
84 votesWe're happy to announce that Weave now offers in-app notification for Weave payments. This new feature is only available in the New Weave Experience - the settings can be managed under Settings > Personal Settings > Notifications > Payments.
We are also currently exploring some other updates to email notifications and in app notifications for payment activity, so stay tuned.

Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable. We like to adhere to our patients needs. Can we improve the system to have an option to specifically send one patient 3 appointment reminders and another patient 1 appointment reminder? Some patients feel like there are to many reminders they receive.

Caller ID
Caller ID on the phones. A lot of time when new patients call they have difficult spellings of names, caller id helps tremendously with that. It would be very helpful. When it is a current patient but we do not have their new phone # it helps to let us know also.

Call Routing Ownership
I want to manage my call routes for all of my phone numbers on a granular level so that I am able to dictate where calls ring at any given time on any given day in a way that allows me to "set it and forget it" according to my typical routine while easily changing it as needed.

Sending PDFs through text and email
We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.42 votes -

The staff would like the phones to have a separate ringtone when a patient is put on hold and after a period of time, that line rings again, because if another staff retrieves that call without knowing that the first staff member put at patient on hold, our office doesn’t look competent to the patient when they have to explain things all over again to someone else

Team Chat: Search messages by keyword
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

Allow managers/owners access to team chat
I think the weave app should have a feature that allows office managers/owners to view the team chat of any employee. While we love weave and initially loved the idea of the team chat as we thought it could help employees communicate business matters, we have run into some problems where the chatting feature is being misused by staff which goes against our office computer policies. Currently, there is no way to prove misuse. I think it would be great if owners/managers/admins had this capability. It is something we've already reached out to Weave to see if it could be…

call recording redactions
Please develop the technology to block the recording of credit card data in the recorded conversations. During our PCI Compliance Assessment we learned that is illegal (a security risk) to record credit card data. Thank you

Feature Request: TO-DO list / Tasks
I would love for there to be a To-do list feature that I could access from the desktop client and mobile app (For those on the go days). I would be able to put in a task and maybe a due date or a reminder date. I could refer to the list I create to help me organize my day. There are "lists" now, but you'd need to attach a patient to each and not all tasks are for patient accounts, (ie complete accounting report by xx/xx/xxxx). Call ID to appear when taken off hold
It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.
