  1. Sort tags

    Text message tags should be sortable.

    As we add new tags and determine the best tag groups for our practice, it would be helpful to be able to sort the tags. Currently they are not alphabetical, or sortable, so the list is very disorganized.

    I will have to delete all my tags, and re-instantiate them in order to fix this when the tags aren't being used (on a weekend).

    This turns a minor tweak into a big project unecessarily.

  2. Appts moved, not updated with a text reminder

    We have SoftDent, and the system would update appt times and days when they are just moved to a different time on the same day, and would update and resend a new reminder with the updated date and time. Now, it will only do that if we actually cancel or delete the initial appt and remake it, Please have this looked at, it used to do it before and now its not and it is a hassle and messing up our schedule and sending incorrect appt times.

  3. Patient Preferred Name

    I would like reminders to use the "preferred name" field from Open Dental when available. When it uses a patient name that we never call them it looks less personal.

  4. Re-wording the Picture Consent Text

    Hi, we would like to suggest if we can edit the text for the picture texting consent. Patients are getting confused and send "YES please send", or "YES SEND" or whatever, and if they don't put "YES" only, it won't work and we have to send them consent again.

    We currently have this:
    Hello Kathy! This is a message from EyeVenue. Because of privacy laws we need your consent to send you images containing personal information you own. Reply 'YES' to grant consent.

    There is no option for us to change the wording. We don't need to put our office…

  5. Allow photos to be texted in.

    Allow photos to be texted into Weave. Often a patient will not know name of a prescription med or what brand/power/brand contact they’re wearing. It would be great if they could just text a photo of it to us once they get home. Please consider allowing photos to be texted in. Thanks!

  6. Toggle for failed text messages

    Add the ability to turn on or off if an office would like "message failed to send" texts to appear in the Actionable tab. It is handy for us (and maybe others) to be able to address the red text messages. We may need to hand call the patient or follow up with them in some way. With the current change to move all red messages to "All" we lose those texts being easily seen and addresed.

  7. Texting all phone numbers on file

    We do not like the new feature where it automatically texts reminder texts on all numbers on file. I feel like you should be able to opt out of this option. This has been very disruptive to our practice and has caused a numerous amount of patients to call and ask us to remove their work phone numbers off of their files. Now we cannot call their work phones if we need to get ahold of them. Please give the option to opt out/in.
    Also give the option to opt in prior to releasing new features instead of automatically opting…

    It would be helpful to allow multiple tags. For instance, sometimes we need to alert the technician and doctor on the case. Or the technicians and the front desk.

  10. Add Bulk Messages Filter: Overdue/Recall List

    Bulk messaging should have the option to filter by overdue patients/recalls, since recall reminders are not retroactive.

  11. Expand Age Group Selection for Bulk Texting

    Please add patient age range selector to menu. We'd like to text all patients UNDER a certain age (target = parents) for messaging. Even better if a "FROM age X - TO age Y" cut-off could be used. This would allow us target different age groups with different messaging. Think College kids and the different GENs!

  13. Auto confirmations marked as actionable

    Why are confirmation responses all of a sudden now going to actionable vs being read. Its causing the actionable to be flooded with unnecessary info. We're a VERY busy office. I don't have time to check every singe text to verify if it has been addressed.

  14. turn off tags

    The new tag feature is really annoying. We are a small one-doctor practice with one front office person who handles the phones and scheduling. The tag feature is clutter on the screen and I really really really don't like it. Please make it an option to turn on the feature for those mega offices that it might be useful for, and leave the clutter-free message screen for most of us who just don't need that feature! It's driving me crazy.

    I also don't like in the new version that to search for a patient you have to click the search…

  15. Appointment Time Change Message

    It would be nice to have a feature where, when an appointment's time or date get updated to a new time or date, the patient receives a save the date with the new date and time (and a custom message). So basically just a different save the date triggered off of a date/time change.

    I like using the text templates to send patients common info and links to our website education pages. I would like it if we could have follow-up templates also. Often I have routine follow-ups that I typing in.

  18. Files saving as PNG instead of JPEG

    In the past week we have had an issue with downloading pictures from texting. In the past when we downloaded them they saved as jpegs. Now every single time we download them they save as png files, so we have to open them in paint and resave them as jpegs which is time consuming. This seemed to start sometime last week- not sure if it is from an update?

  19. List of Failed Texts

    It would be helpful to be able to view a list of all "failed" texts in a day (or specified time period). Especially in the case a mass outage like Weave had yesterday, it would make follow up so much easier when things are back up and running to have a list to work from of patients who need to be reached out to.

  20. Fix to opting out of text by cancelling appointment

    Is there a way to add the “Cancel” to the line that states “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” so our patients understand that a response of “Cancel” will also unsubscribe? We do have patients who will only communicate through text and their voicemail is often full or not monitored. Once they respond “Cancel” (meaning they would like to cancel an appointment), we have basically lost communication with them.
