Patient Preferred Name
I would like reminders to use the "preferred name" field from Open Dental when available. When it uses a patient name that we never call them it looks less personal.

Preferred Name is available in templates for manual messages, appointment reminders, and recall reminders.

A preferred Name tag needs to be added to the list of options when creating a New Message Template. Currently, the only option in this area is 'First Name' unlike in the recall area where 'Preferred Name' IS an option.

allow texts to address patients by "nickname" and default to first name if no nickname listed
