save the date of rescheduled appointments
Request to have rescheduled appointments still be sent an automated save the date reminder instead of creating new appointment

Recall erroneously going to deceased patients
Recall reminders are going out to my deceased patients that are inactive in my system. Please make recall reminders recognize that patients are inactive/deceased in out system.
1 voteHi there - we automatically suppress messages for anyone marked deceased. If you have an example of this not working correctly, please contact Weave Support! We need to allow for inactive patients to receive recalls though - many of our customers use recall to target inactive patients.

Can we change the size of the weave app on the computer , unable to see the whole description after 7-12-2021 update. It is hard to navigate the little app.

New Update BUGS
New update bugs that need to be fixed. Emoji's show up black. Messages that pop up in the right hand corner of the screen can not be dismissed easily. You have to hit the ignore on all messages received. When searching the messages you can not easily pin point if a message was sent because after typing in said name the number is only visible. No longer able to click on new appt for the patient when they call and send them the date of next appt via txt. it only allows you to confirm the appt. I use to…

Need to see Phone numbers
We need to be able to see our clients' phone numbers. That option was taken away and it is very important for us to make sure we are texting the right client and they have the right phone number on file. Please bring the phone numbers back. Thank you,

See 'Client' instead of 'Patient'
I would like to see you chance our pop up screen when a call comes in to say "Client" rather than "Patient". We are a law office and we don't have patients, lol. The only reason I bring this up is prior to being here I did work in a medical office and even though its been 20+ years, I still will slip and call a client a patient so seeing this now pop up does not help! And I'm sure in the beginning that you started out with just Dr. office's but since I'm hoping your growing and getting…

- We would like the ability to add individual clients to the patient list.

Update to Dashboard
I don't like the new update to the dashboard. I have three locations and 5 lines to manage. I can no longer toggle from location to location to add users, update contacts, etc. The old layout was more user friendly. This is clunkier and more time consuming.

"Customers" not "Patients"
Remove the word "Patient". Replace with "Client" or "Customer". As Weave expands into other markets not all businesses refer to customers are "Clients"
