Recall erroneously going to deceased patients
Recall reminders are going out to my deceased patients that are inactive in my system. Please make recall reminders recognize that patients are inactive/deceased in out system.

Hi there - we automatically suppress messages for anyone marked deceased. If you have an example of this not working correctly, please contact Weave Support! We need to allow for inactive patients to receive recalls though - many of our customers use recall to target inactive patients.
