Ability to add new patient from both message phone number or caller phone number.

Update a contact record even if originally created with a .csv
I import users from a .csv file. There is what I thought was a bug that if you go to a patient record, and attempt to update anything in the record a "Failed to update custom contact" error happens. I was informed by Frida that I am observing the expected behavior and in fact you shouldn't be able to update a contact in the software if it is imported from a .csv. But a custom contact that should be possible.

Patients with same phone number
We have patients with the same phone number (for example: a mother and her two children have the same phone number). When we message a patient, we only see one name and this can get confusing if patients in a family have different surnames. It would be nice to have all names connected to a phone number to show on the screen when we message or call patients.

Take out inactive members from birthday wishes
The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

Restore original search function
The latest update to the search function of weave is not a useful addition. Working in an office I can say that I don't need a quick link to settings, I find it cumbersome to have to click "see more" and retype the patient I was trying to search. If there is a way to turn off this feature I would like to do so.

Stop changing our system info when form is submitted
HELP! We are sending out links to parents for children appointments and when the info comes back to us it is changing the parents info to the childs automatically. Example- we send Mrs. Susan Smith DOB 10/12/2000 a text to fill out a health update for Maria her child DOB 2/22/2021. When the form comes into our system it has changes Susan's name to Maria and her birthdate to Maria's. We have to send links to parents' phone numbers- is there a way around the form changing our system info??

QuickFill
Preferred the previous version of the QuickFill function by far (actually HATE the current version - it is tedious and requires additional time/effort and does not allow access to the notes we made).

Note field on Contacts
Please add a note field when creating / editing a contact. Sometimes its nice to have notes about a patient before calling / texting them. Things like preferred name vs legal name, pronouns, etc.

More phone numbers
We have a lot of contacts that have more than two phone numbers. We have spouse mobile numbers for example. Maybe just add a column in the CSV transfer for "other phone".

Overdue Recall
It would be great if there is a better way to be able to see who has not received a recall, especially when the patient does not have a cell phone, are overdue, or has opted out of text messages. If there was a PRINT option that we could manually go through the patients and send either a text recall (if available) or mail them a letter reminding them.

Physician contacts
Our EHR maintains a list of physician office contact information as well as patient contact information. It would be incredibly helpful if Weave integration could sync the former in addition to the latter so that the most recent physician contacts can be pulled automatically rather than updated manually via CSV upload in the online portal.

Patient's Birthday
Our office sees a lot of kids and would like to start doing something special for them if they come in on or near their birthday. It would be helpful if there was somehow a feature on weave to let us know. The easiest way I would think to do this is on the Schedule tab when it shows a list of patients scheduled for the day you can put a birthday cake symbol or balloon symbol - just something we can quick glance at to see if they have a birthday soon.

Additional fields for Patient Contacts
Nate Skroski was extremely helpful in setting us up with Weave. I appreciate that Weave's support people are not located in another country. It is so beneficial with making sure we can understand one another. IDEA: Please add an option to include Work Phone when adding a new contact. Add an option to add Business Name.

Ability to edit patient database
I know I've reached out before but I cannot impress enough the importance of allowing us to edit OUR OWN database. Patients have changes to phone numbers all the time. We love this system however, this one item really needs addressing. I cannot reupload my csv database. It is very cumbersome to scrub all 20,000 patients, many who are deceased or no longer coming to our office. When changes need to be made, I have to go into the initial Weave Master csv file and edit it. I try to do it once a week but last week alone had…

Improvement recommendation
We are a veterinary hospital. Birthday under client should be the pet's birthday or get rid of the line completely. The birthday is confusing it is always the current date for every client/pateint.

Export CSV or Excel file from weave client database
Currently, we can import CSV from practice software and upload it to Weave. I would like to have option to export CSV file or Excel file from Weave (client database). Thank you.
