Payments that need attention (help with reconciliation)
If they get a payment that comes in after business hours are done for the day (e.g. 11PM tonight), they end up needing to go in the following day and retroactively balance these payments for the previous day, which has become tedious for them when it happens. They are wondering if there is a way to make it so that payments that come in after business hours are put into some sort of pending state to where they will only post on the following business day during business hours.

Specify text response locations
For an office as busy as we are, we would like to option to only see messages that apply to specific areas. ie)Optical only sees the messages tagged to them.

Regulate the ability to delete text messages
Text messages that have already been sent to clients are able to be deleted. For example, if a tech assistant erroneously tells a client to discontinue medication, they can delete the text message after it has already been sent and received by client. As the practice manager, I cannot see what has been sent from our business number, even though a client has received this. The information is not recoverable. Ability to transfer an incoming fax from a regular line to the fax line.
It would be very convenient if we were able to program our fax line phone number into an available phone extension so that when a fax tries to come to a regular phone line, we can transfer to the fax line.

save the date reminders not being sent so fast
Needing an option to choose when the save the date reminder goes out exactly. so like 20 mins,30mins and hour. When we put an appointment on accident it send a message to them for the wrong time then sends another one once appointment is finalized.

TextConnect Widget
Hello,
I spoke with a few representatives regrading the TextConnect widget from Weave. Overall, it's a great feature, but there are a few things that I would like to request as a feature for the widget.
Currently, the widget can't be resized and it doesn't look good on mobile. It takes up a substantial portion of the bottom of the screen on mobile. Can you make it possible to resize the widget?
The widget shows a message that says "Click to send us a message." This is cool and all, but on mobile, again, it takes up a substantial part…

2Factor and MFA text number
Please make sure you do not use your number for any 2 Factor Authentication - major issue when porting over my numbers. It will not work in Weave. Wish I would have known before so I could change all the numbers for accounts I have linked to our main number.

Insurance Verification for Orthodontics
It would be helpful to have orthodontic lifetime maximums appear in the insurance verification. In addition, how orthodontic payments are made - monthly, annually, quarterly - as well as age limits for treatment.

Text to pay link ability for new contacts not in the system
It would be ideal to send a text to pay link to someone that is not yet in the system. The integration times can be long. We are left to keep searching the contact and send deposit link once we find that they are in the system/synced.

Business text line for contacts
When we create a new contact, please add a text line to put the Business name. It would be especially helpful if we can only put the business name and not have the first and last name required. We use Weave to fax reports to other healthcare providers and it is easier to save the contact information for a clinic rather than a specific doctor.

Have the date range on the filter be open-ended "in the last 30 days" instead of specified
Right now I have to specify the date range for the patient's last visit, meaning I'll have to edit the filter each time I create a campaign. If it was changed to "in the last 30 days", then I wouldn't have to go back in and change the filter each time I use it.

Scheduled individual messages
Some messages have varying intervals like medications. In other instances, the office may want to write up a discharge message in the morning and have it send out in the afternoon. Current reminders would send to too many patients, this would need to be individual.

Insurance Ideas
It would be nice to be able to verify all of patient's insurance if they have more than one! Otherwise, we have to stop & go to that insurance companies website to verify.
Wish there was also a way to link accounts. Especially if they have three insurances. Since Dentrix will only allow for two dental or medical insurances. We have patients like that.
I also can't understand that when verify insurances that the system doesn't understand which Delta Dental it is. Like if the patient has Delta Dental of Ohio & it switches it back to Delta of Indiana,…

Search Payments
It would be great if payments were "searchable". We've run into a few issues where a patient pays over the weekend or a holiday & we don't see their payments. It isn't linked to their account in Weave. We use MacPractice so that may be the root of the issue. We also have problems integrating the Auto-verify insurance & account balance features.

Add Quick fill tags and filtering of them
Our barrier to entry of the quick fill list is that we cannot sort patients, we would love tags, like AM or PM, that we can customize. Other examples would be a specific hygienist or dentist. If an opening comes available I should be able to click a filter button and select multiple tags for example if the opening is a hygiene appointment with Jane the hygienist at 4pm. I should be able to filter by the tags, any hygienist, Jane only, afternoon to narrow down a long list and fill the appointment quickly. Thank you!

Conflicting appt time reminders
Weave recently did an updated and ever since then, our patients with multiple appts are getting two confirmation texts with the two different times. Patients are SO confused and usually end up calling to straighten it out OR they just show up at the wrong time because they're confused. Patients just really need to get ONE text with the early time only.
