Quick fill customer selection process:
- it would be great to be able to select ALL customers at ONCE (with a checkbox or link that says "select all" in the "Today" or "Tomorrow" lists as opposed to having to add each customer one by one.2 votes -
Adding RCS support for messaging should be a priority!
Now that iOS and Android both support RCS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Communication_Services) Weave should prioritize supporting the standard as soon as possible.
Key Reasons:
RCS has encryption which is safer for communicating about HIPAA related topics.
RCS allows for higher quality image transmission which allows us to better monitor patients conditions remotely and plan better to schedule time.
RCS allows us to see "read receipts" when patients see our messages, but forget to respond.

Filter Follow Up Reminders by date
We should be able to filter weave follow up reminders by date. It used to be that the present date's reminders were at the top of the list and now they are at the bottom. I want them to go back to being at the top or at least give us the option to filter the dates.

Mobile App - Unread tab
5.0.0 Mobile App Update - Has an inbox with EVERY text message (blue bubble for unread and orange bubble for unreplied does show) It would be really nice to have just an option to view unread messages like the desktop version !!

Quick Fill Lists more manageable
The New Weave Experience Quick Fill is twice as time consuming. You have the "Manage List" tab that you can add all patients to. But then to send out messages you have to move them to the "Send Message" tab and add them to "select recipients". This list will only allow up to 50 people. We have over a 100 people on our wait list. In order to add other patients we have to delete patients from the "manage list" in order to remove them from the "select recipients" list. Team Chat needs work
Team Chat hasn't work properly for months. Please fix it. Sent messages don't show up, sometimes I can't send messages, we never receive pop up alerts anymore..it's very frustration.

VMO/Forward Toggle (Fast Overrides)
We want to have the VMO toggle brought back. It is very ineffective to constantly have to make a new override whenever we want to put the phones going straight to voicemail for lunches. We have our lunches at different times. Bring this feature back.

CHANGE the email template or text when sending specific forms (NOT REMINDERS)
It appears we can edit our email and text templates when sending reminders however the function I am looking for is to change the email or text that is attached to sending specific FORMS (not reminders)For example: all forms say "we are looking forward to your upcoming visit"
However, when I am sending "Record Release Forms" patients are not usually returning and I would like to personalize it saying "Please fill out these forms so we can release your records, etc etc"

Quick Fill
The legacy app has the option to put 3 time spots in that are available. the desktop app does not have that option. I need more than 1 spot sent out on those messages to offer the patients. I would prefer 4 spots and the option just like the old app too send 1,2 3 or 4 options if I have those available. Thank you

"Pin" messages in chat
It would be nice to be able to "pin" an important announcement in a chat. For example, we have an "All staff chat" and send updates on it, would be nice to not have to scroll to find it and it just stays at the top.

Viewing which team members "reacted" to a chat message
Right now, you can only view how many people reacted to your message and which emojis were used to react to the message... it would be nice to see specifically WHICH team members reacted to your message.

Save cards used to Pay at Terminal
I want to be able to collect payment for a patient at a terminal but for the card used to be saved as well. It would save our patients and our team the hassle of having to use their card each time they make a payment.

New Weave Experience Message Queue - match the Actionable in legacy app better
When someone confirms "C" and we auto reply, there is no way to automatically filter them out of messages in the new weave experience, Similar to the legacy app, I like a checkmark instead of archive button to mark that it's done and no longer actionable. When someone completes something on the legacy app, it would be nice if the new weave experience matched those do you only see actionable items.

Automated appointment reminders
When a patient cancels an appointment within the time frame that an automated appointment reminder is to go out is there a way for that reminder to be stopped. For example: patient had an appointment on 11/14/24. Patient called on 11/13/24 to cancel that appointment and reschedule to another day. Patient received an text message on the morning of 11/14/24 to remind them of that appointment that was already canceled. This confuses patients and becomes an issue.

Allow events to show up on desktop app and app, not just appointments
We would like events to show up on the app. Like staff meeting or UDA convention. Currently only appointments show up.

The Quick list should be the order you enter the patient
so it would be nice if the quick list was in the order that the pt was put on the list. Alphabetical is not helpful at all when we are trying to be fair to our patients. I don't know why it was switched but now I have to create a paper list so we know who is next.

Updating Communication Preferences
It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

More than one Override
I would like to be able to build out our office hours to include all Holidays so setting an override isnt forgotten. I would think as many override options as possible with a start and end time for each or a calendar view that allows you to set/change hours.
