Is there any way we can send a separate message to confirm patient appointment who have been pre-appointed n advance?

Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails
I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

CREDIT CARD TYPE VISIBLE IN PAYMENT WINDOW (caps for emphasis, not flame :-))
Since most, if not all, Weave clients have to transfer payment data captured in Weave/Stripe, to their own practice management software, it would be great if, when that credit card is run, we are able to see what type of card was used.
In my situation, which I suspect is pretty common with most of Weave's clients, our practice software requires the card type to enter payment into the system. payment plan custom time
The number of payments for recurring payments should be customizable. Locking to 3 month increments is an interesting design choice. Also, i'd like an alert when payments are processed since it does not write back to my PMS so my team knows to apply the payment.

time clock in for staff
Have a function time tracking function for staff and allow weave to sync this data to a payroll processor such as Gusto or ADP. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 a month for this feature.

Adding Delta Dental of Wyoming to the Verification List as a new payer
A large majority of our patients have Delta Dental Of Wyoming. Sure would be nice to add them to your payor list. Also it would be nice if you could see which Insurance companies are enrolled prior to adding the service to your account an then having to go through the process to opt out.

Would love to have the patient self check-in option to be able to text to pt regardless of if they need forms filled out or not.

enter key should not send the text
This has been requested before and denied so maybe not possible. Please have texts only send when the "send" button is clicked and not when the enter key is hit. I know there is the shift - enter work around, but that is hard to get into muscle memory.

Turn off Pre-Fill feature for forms
It is best to have an option to turn off the pre-fill feature for forms, since many clients who don't review their answers from previous visits, or don't change the pet's info to the correct pet (especially when sent two forms in one packet) and it's VERY important that they review and correctly answer the questions. Some are not changing answers as needed. We would love to be able to turn this feature off.

Code to use to exclude appt reminders/confirmation communication
Our previous software had the capability to recognize a code at the beginning of our appointment descriptions that would cue the software to NOT send appt reminders/confirmations/etc. For example, we take patients to a surgery center for some treatment. Those appts involve a lot of moving pieces and we don't want patients to get notifications at all. So we have always been able to add the prefix "PNA" to the appt descriptions. Schedule on App
When working on the schedule on the app, it would be best after clicking on a pt name, texting/calling them, and then going back to the schedule, to return to the same time on the schedule you are working on rather than it defaulting to the start of the day. Waste of time scrolling back to the time you need to work on.

To have " mark as read" setting for each auto- messaging "appointment reminders"
For the last 3 years we have had a auto message that went out 3 hours before their appointment asking them to text to let us know they have arrived and to stay in the their car. At which point we confirm them into our PMS. When its time for them to come in we texted them asking them to come in. Starting today this message is being moved to all and marked as read. This is an issue and would like to see the ability to turn on and off the "mark as read" per each auto-message.

save the day for eyefinity EHR users
please integrate weave save a day appointment reminder with eyefinity EHR/PM! I think about 70-90% of the optometrists in CA take VSP and VSP hosts its electronic medical record via its Eyefinity PM and EHR so this is an area that Weave can really help by allowing integration of Eyefinity EHR with Weave Say the Day so patients can get appointment reminders right away as they schedule the appointment for the eye exams. I am sure potential eye dr offices clients of weave would be more inclined to subscribe to Weave if this feature is available too! Thanks so much!

Auto reminder to complete forms until they have been completed
When trying to get patients, particularly new patients, to complete the necessary FORM, it would be nice to have an auto-message that continues to go out every1-2 days until the patient clicks on the FORM and completes it.
