Put prescribing doctors name on prescription tab would help in group practices
Currently quickest way I've found to see which doctor wrote the Rx is to go to prescription tab and print prescription to see who wrote it. Why not just show w/date who signed it?

Make the Weave desktop notification window moveable
The Weave desktop notification window always populates in the upper right-hand corner of our screens, where we also need to access other features of our schedule/etc. Since that window stays open on top of our practice software, it would be really nice if we could drag it around and place in other locations rather than being forced to click through "Ignore/Reply" to access some things we need in response to phone calls and texts that come in through that notification.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You have an option in the Weave desktop app's Notification Settings to change the Popup Location to the bottom right corner. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please try it out and let us know if it is more convenient. This preference is saved for every user.

Appoinment request required times
The feature to require patients to select a minimum number of appointment times is no longer active. So we have had multiple times when a patient has requested a specific time an it is no longer available. We then have to contact the patient to schedule a different day or time. Not having that feature is causing our staff to contact patients to schedule different days and/or times. It needs to be reinstated so we are not spending time on tasks that were taken care of in the past before it was updated.

Online Scheduling...Eaglesoft.
Please have the online scheduling identify "open" operatories in Eaglesoft not every operatory in the system. Without this feature online scheduling is useless to our office because the scheduler shows every opeatory available even though it is not available in Eaglesoft.

Favorite templates
We would like to be able to have each user "favorite" SMS templates so that when they go to send a template, their favorites are at the top of the list, instead of having to search to find them.

Archive Voicemail records
I would like to be able to save/archive Voicemails under Client History where the would stay after deleting/removing from the Voicemail box so we keep records especially when a client calls to say they left a voicemail to cancel an appointment we've marked as a no show.

#DND# Option for Reviews
The ability to bypass review requests sent to patients who were unhappy with their visit. Oftentimes these reviews are left by disgruntled patients who did not have a bad experience, but rather did not understand something or are upset about something outside of the control of the office. Would be nice to be able to add #DND# to the appointment exclusion type.

"Rescheduled Appointment" Reminders
Bringing back the code that tells Weave a "rescheduled" appointment is still an appointment and needs a reminder. Our office reschedules appointments rather than cancelling and making a new one, it would be incredibly helpful if those appointments still got reminders.

Emergency After hours calls, we need to be able to see calls that came in, if no messsage was left
On Saturday 2/24, a call came in at 7:30 am, but there was no record of it. The patient pressed a button, to get to the on call doctor, me, however I never received the call, it went right to voice mail. I did not see the VM till monday 2/26. I was in the office on Saturday, and my people look for messages, as well as who called in. The patient had an emergency, and was leaving town next day. I did not get the call, and the patient probably thinks I am an uncaring practice, which no doubt…

middle name
Please add patient middle names so that we can differentiate between patients that have the same name. When I'm looking at our Eaglesoft software, it includes a middle name and if I had the middle name in Weave, I could differentiate without having to go into the patient's chart to find out their age.

Need ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes, and maybe comment box to keep track of status if needed
We need the ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes. It would also be helpful to allow notes to be made in the fax folder, or maybe a box to mark when requests are completed. This will make it easier to keep track of which fax is waiting on records to be faxed back, or if something else is going on that needs to be followed up on.

Filter by tags and new
You should be able to filter your messages by tag(s) AND new, untagged messages, instead of having to check either tags or new messages at a time. For instance my reception team I want to see the "Scheduling" tag and some of their individual ones, but also to see all new incoming messages so that they can tag those accordingly.

SMS/Tags notification badge
If you have your Messages inbox filtered by tags and/or departments, you should only receive a notification badge (the red 1 that shows up on the icon) for the messages inside of those filters. Otherwise it's very confusing and requires frequent checks just to see if there's really something there for you.

Consistency between plans
We have found the information is not consistent between plans and isn't very user friendly. Some plans we can view deductibles as well as maximums and some we can only view one or the other. I feel this could be a great product with more work. Thanks!!

Insurance Verification
The function of this add-on feature sounds AWESOME. I think it's a work in progress still. It should be uniform in what information is displayed. Some display percents allowed, some display maximums (super helpful and a great selling point) some do not display at all. The length of time that it takes to click "verify" and have the information in front of you is way too long and CANNOT be done while on the phone or while someone is waiting in front of you.
