Export CSV file & PDF of Phone Analytics for record keeping & productivity reports.
Is it possible to add the CSV feature for call analytics on device extensions? I understand that having a PDF of the graph looks good but it’s not practical for record keeping and user accountability. Or, could you add the device extension to the table graph? I’m able to pull the extension aggregates on Sources, so the data is there. It’s just the option to export it out that’s missing. I’ll attach the raw data for your visualization. Let me know if you have other questions.

Voicemail Notification - for EMERGENCY after hour calls
Option for phone to ring to the on-call provider, rather than just a text or email. THESE ARE EMERGENCY CALLS!

Update schedule when a patient reschedules no matter how you reschedule it
We have Dolphin and it would be nice anytime you reschedule an appointment that it updates the schedule even if you don't cancel it first then reschedule. Right now we click reschedule or click and drag the patient into a new spot because it is convenient, but frustrating that the schedule still shows them in that spot because we did not physically cancel the appointment first. So the schedule shows we have 73 patients for the day, when in reality we have 61. Things now a days are about convenience and ease. It would be really nice not matter what…

Easier to search for specific patients
We have many patients with the same names and dates of birth and it's extremely difficult to differentiate between the patients without having their date of birth or visible when searching for them. It'd be helpful to have their "FUSE ID" from our practice management system viewable on Weave too since this is one way we can easily differentiate between patients.

Microsoft Teams Integration
Need an integration with Microsoft Teams. Would be very helpful if incoming text messages could go to a Teams channel so everyone can see it come through.

Different notification sounds on desktop
I would like to have a different notification sound between a group chat message and a private message on the desktop app. It use to be like that but it changed.

Leaving a daily message on the phone without filling up data
We have been leaving a "Closed" message every night for years that includes when we will reopen. Apparently, this was constantly saving the messages and not deleting them with the new one. After 10+ years, we used up our data and could no longer do that. Apparently, we do not have the ability to delete all those messaged, only a Weave representative does. We'd love the convenience to leave our daily message and be able to periodically go in an delete the unneeded messages ourselves.

Delete conversation history
I would love the ability to delete an entire conversation history (as a restricted feature). Sometimes conversations grow too long & load slowly. We use Weave with Greetly to receive text message check-ins and that conversation thread often refuses to load because of the number of messages in the history.

Weave can tell us if a patient has pending dental treatment.
Having the options to look at the schedule and identifying patients with pending treatment is a great tool for front office to quickly identify those patients and get ready for the day. That was a good feature that PEARL had and it was very helpful for our office.

Debian - Rename / relocate weave binary name.
Tried installing the new desktop app.
Kicks an error as texlive-binaries already has a /usr/bin/weave. Can install by manually choosing location.
Maybe rename the binary /usr/bin/Weave or even a different location altogether (/opt/weave)1 vote -
Opt out of pausing payouts or allow users to re-activate online
For customers that do not use Weave payment as primary merchant we do not want to have to call Weave Payments to unpause payouts if feature is not used every 60 days. There should be a way to opt out of this or allow the user to re-activate online instead of calling. It took over a week to reactivate over the phone and multiple phone calls emails.

Add year to Online Appointment dates
When looking for appointment dates online there is nothing to alert you of what year you are in. This would help eliminate patient confusion.

Ctrl -
Accidently did Ctrl - in the Weave desktop app & now my screen is a hot mess! I have talked to 3 or 4 different reps & we still have no fix. Would be great if the Ctrl - & Ctrl + worked in the Weave desktop app just like it does in every other system

Allow filtering to user custom naming
In the attached screenshot, you can see "General, General 9002, etc". Users don't know what that means. It would be better if they had custom names like "Reception" so users understand which is relevant to them.
It would also be great if the phone at the ext of the signed in user had "Your deskphone" after it or something.

Custom Wallpapers on Phones
It would look more professional if we could put our logo on our phones. They have a few different options for backgrounds preloaded but it would be nice to have a place in the portal the admin can upload a custom one. And being able to force/override so they stay consistent would also be great.

Call Steal
We have 4 reception desks. If desks 1, 2, and 3 are empty and the phone at desk 1 rings, the user at desk 4 has to physically go answer it. There should be a short code followed by the extension needed. It could be based on the groups the phone is in. It could also be a toggle on whether a phone is allowed to have a call stolen.
ie. Ext 701 rings. The user at ext 704 is in the same group, just physically across the room. The user should be able to dial *##701 or something and…

IT would be very helpful to set settings in the payment tab so that the total amounts collected do not show up at the top for all employees.
the user roles to have additional features to omit some information, specifically the total collected amounts being on display in bold at the top of the page that we have to go on to create an invoice. This feature would be great to limit to financial or super admins only as all employees should not be able to see this.
