Save the Date delay
Hi,
A delay before save the date texts being sent out would be amazing for when patients make appointments but maybe move around the time/date quickly. In these relatively frequent scenarios, an appointment is made, save the date is sent, but the patient quickly decides they want another day or time and get another text for the now correct time.If they didn't get the message for a time we can set, like an hour, any changes we made in person can be completed before they receive the text.

have it show what department missed the call. was it optical, sx tech, finance...
Have it seperate which department missed the call. did optical miss it, was it finance? Right now it just says missed call.

Disable HIPAA form for public forms
Due to new clients not appearing in the system for 24 hours, we are sending public forms to collect new client info. We are a veterinary office, so HIPAA compliance is not an issue.
We would like the option to disable the pre-admission form, or customize it in some way. We do not need to know the client's date of birth, among other info, so it looks a little invasive when we ask.
An alternative solution would be to allow sending forms to non-clients the way we can send text messages, with just a phone number.

search conversations or past days
Be able to search past chat conversations by day and not having to scroll though each day. Example: my supervisor sent me a message in the chat box on December 22nd, 2023 and I now need that to go back to that specific day and look at the conversation and clarify it or say "this is what you said.". If I could separate conversations between people that are included in an "office chat" or be able to search conversations by the day, instead of having to scroll through each day when there is over a 100 messages between us in…

forms
there should be a way to send forms to new patient in the forms desk top app and forms web portal without using patient recipient lists. we don't care to use the recipient lint or have one due to our EMR is used with a different software. having to copy the link then go to texting type the number then paste the link takes to long. you should be able to use the desk top app forms section and just type the number in there and attach you forms packet and send.

Voicemail override notifications
Please add the ability to enable notifications (email or text) for when there is a new voicemail when voicemail override is activated similar to the ability to do so for the general voicemail box.

Looking for analytics on Team Chat messages. There's currently no way to monitor communication between team members for appropriateness or excessiveness.

Update the look of Insurance Verification!
I would really love to have the insurance verification to look like how it does in the weave help videos. Its really disappointing because when we were looking at weave at MidWinter they showed us the insurance verification like the videos and ours looks nothing like it. The guy knew we had Eaglesoft and did not mention it wouldnt look how his does. The one you guys show in the videos is way better than the one we use. It would be 1000% better if you guys had them look like that. Please please please update it!

Set up Provider Folder or Provider Filter/Search in Quick List
It would be super helpful to set up and organize the Quick List under provider specific tabs or folders or filter/search option. Our patients are very loyal to their providers and instead of visually searching through each patient in the list (note details the provider), add them to a specific provider folder or search option with in the Quick List.

Forms update or create records in Dentrix with changeable fields through website
Currently patient information keyed in from forms use the First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, and phone number to check the Dentrix data base to determine if the patient exists or is a new patient. This will create duplicates in the Dentrix system because Last names change (Marriage), Phone numbers change through the years, therefore an existing patient will not be found in Dentrix, creating a duplicate family file instead of updating the file of an existing patient. Can we please change these fields to a look up of First Name, Birthdate, and Social Security Number? These are pretty static fields…

auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft
Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

Test Auto-Messaging Email
I would love to see the option to send test emails for auto-messaging. It is critical to know how something will appear to a client . The preview feature is nice but there is no guarantee that the recipient's email will be formatted the same way.

Handouts w/o responses needed from the patient
FORMS. We would like to send handouts to patients which are only for information purposes and will not need a response from the patient. Could you make it bypass the pass-code entry and eliminate the screen asking to choose between Auto-fill or manually-fill. This confuses the patient and they wont proceed further in order to view the form/handout.

Please enable Weave to create patient lists by certain filters in the contact fields. For example, if there was a specific field in each contact called "List Tag, etc" we could label a certain group of patients by filter to send messages to without running a report every time from our EHR.

Order Ready for Contact Lens. Add an order type for trials.
Currently, the Order Ready Auto Message feature has only two types available: Glasses and Contacts. We use Revolution EHR. For contact lens orders, we have regular orders and trials orders. It would be beneficial to add an order type for the trials so we can send specific instructions. Sometimes, patients need to set an appointment first, especially for first-time users.

reminder day before for early appointments
Currently the "same day" reminders go out 2 hours before the appointment, When the patient has a 7 am appointment its tough to get a reminder at 6:30 ( that seems to be the earliest time allowed ) It would be great to have appointment reminders for the 7 am's sent at 6pm the night before.

OS Integrated Calling
Most other phone systems allow OS integration for click to call on any phone number. Weave should add the option to be the default phone dialer for the OS.

Email History
Just like how you can see all the text messages being sent to a patient. We need one for emails too. We need to see the actual email being sent with the date stamp, time stamp, who sent it, and was it deliver or not.

Mobile App Voicemail
We would love to be able to see all the different voicemail boxes in the mobile app just like it displays on the desktop app. I attached a photo.
