  1. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL

    Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

  2. Auto texts to patients with upcoming appt and needs a health history update form link

    Auto texts go out annually using the CC Recall types for patients with appointments AND need their health history form updated with the link provided to the form. Another option would be to read each procedure and if the procedures listed in the appt has a HH (Health History), a text message goes out with the HH form link. There MUST be a way to send out a text with the HH link for patients with appointments in the next x days. :)

  3. Follow Up Task notifications

    Hi there!
    Not sure if this a bug but we've started utilizing the "Follow Ups" lists for patient and team member specific tasks however, the follow up notifications pop-up once a minute until dismissed (sometimes creating a notification queue that's 45+ msgs long).
    A single notification for a follow up task is sufficient until dismissed.

    Transferring calls through the mobile app.

  5. Have phone settings restored after software updates

    When software updates are pushed to our Yealink handheld wireless phones, our ring tone goes back to the default ring. It appears, and I was told by a Weave rep, that any settings are restored to default. For example, we have auto-answer upon picking up headset turned off, but after a software update, the auto-answer is turned on. We'd like for our phones to have the settings saved and restored after software updates are pushed. Thank you.

  6. AVIMark Integration Improvements

    I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal.   7. Employee Schedule

    It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

  8. Refund Payments show in Net Total

    When processing a Stripe credit card refund through Weave, it is very hard to keep the accounting aspect of it straight. When a report is opened in Invoices /payments I would expect to see the refund that was deducted on the Net total. Also, have it deducted from the Net total the day it was refunded, not the day the payment was originally taken.

  9. internal extension to extension recording

    I think it would be a wise feature to be able to record extension to extension calls. We thought this feature was part of weave but apparently its not. Would like to see this implemented.

    Hello! I was chatting with Sadie on the chat and asking about some options on payments.

    She mentioned that there is no direct integration of the payments with Open Dental. It would be awesome if as soon as we took the payment, it would show up in the patient account on Open Dental. I was hoping to make a recommendation that that integration would be really helpful!

  12. Weave Portal Needs Major Help

    Please upgrade the Weave Admin Portal online. The Message Queue is basically useless. The usability of this feature is almost zero- why are the only two views Last Week and Current Week? Why can we not search by a date range or specific day? Right now the only way to see if messages are really being sent out is go to each and every patient and look at their message history- which defeats the purpose of having the Message Queue. It also shows me how many opted out but not who? And how many are Missing Data but not who?…

  20. Update schedule when a patient reschedules no matter how you reschedule it

    We have Dolphin and it would be nice anytime you reschedule an appointment that it updates the schedule even if you don't cancel it first then reschedule. Right now we click reschedule or click and drag the patient into a new spot because it is convenient, but frustrating that the schedule still shows them in that spot because we did not physically cancel the appointment first. So the schedule shows we have 73 patients for the day, when in reality we have 61. Things now a days are about convenience and ease. It would be really nice not matter what…
