text to pay
There recently was a change in the text to pay feature which is causing problems with the reconciling at the end of the day. Can you kindly put it back to the history reflecting the payments for the day. Until recently both the portal and the desktop app would default to showing text to pay payments on the day they were paid not the day they were sent out. Now it defaults to the latter and that is what is causing the discrepancy in payments between the admin portal and the desktop app. How you had it set up was…

Function of the Chat Now/text widget on our websites
When patients or potential patients use the Chat Now/text widget on our website and the office is closed, texts need to be an actionable item in the app. Currently the automated response goes out and the text automatically appears read or done. When multiple texts are coming through they go unnoticed and are not responded too in a timely manner or at all. Now we must remove from our website which sets us back light years in convenience for patients.

Time stamp on appointment requests
Time stamps on the schedule requests would be great- meaning a time/date of when the request was completed so we know how long it has been.

Payment Message Template
Changing the name and adding additional templates to the options for templates in the Request Payment area would be helpful especially since the same messages wouldn't be appropriate for patients with insurance as patients without.

Bulk Messaging Test Messages
Within the bulk email section of the Weave Admin Portal, you can send a test message before sending it out to the entire group. Weave needs to add this function for the Bulk Text Messaging feature. Right now, if I send a test message it eats into the overall number I'm paying for to reach actual patients.

Text connect
Hello,
The text connect feature sends patient messages to the "all" tab so we are not notified there is a response required. Please update text connect messages to go to the "actionable" tab. It, unfortunately, does not make sense to keep having to check through hundreds of messages.

Currently review requests are only sent if a client confirms the appointment. Majority of our clients do not confirm but still show up and therefore do not get review requests. We need a way to have review requests sent to every client with an appointment confirmed or not (with the exception of if it was cancelled or rescheduled).

Means to receive Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location
Other Merchant Processors offer receiving Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location. Why doesn't company that is trading on stock market offering this necessary simple feature? Seems like everytime you turn around answer is create a feature request....

See users that are logged in
It would be a lot more efficient if we could send messages to users that are logged in. I have 50 co-workers across 2 locations and being able to see who is logged in with be awesome!

Inactive status patients need reminders too please and thank you ;)
We are an orthodontic practice who have many "inactive status" patients who call years after because of a broken or lost retainer who need to come in one time for an appointment and their status is not changing but they still need to get reminders of their appointments. We would also like the option of looking them up if we want to. Why is the option to toggle it on and off if we can't see them either way? :(

LEGAL ISSUE
As of right now, there is a LEGAL issue which has been created from me transferring over to weave. I currently cannot use any of my consent forms. There is no functionality for the doctor to edit a field (i.e. put the procedure being done) then having the patient sign. The suggestion that was provided was I have the patient sign and then sent to me for review/edit. This is ILLEGAL. I cannot edit fields once the patient has signed. This is with literally every and any contract in the United States. I already had some patients question me why…

Notification for separate Parents
I believe the feature for children notifications is underwhelmed.. i see it being beneficial for both parents to receive their children's appointment reminders, notifications, etc. Say example the parents are divorced, if only one parent is listed on the account for the children how would the other parent be in the loop? This seems to be somewhat of a flaw.

Customize family module for communication purposes
The family module currently pulls according to what it shows in the office's PMS but sometimes the family will want a different person named as the Person of contact on behalf of their family. It would be wonderful if we could customize their family module in Weave! Especially so that when sending forms on behalf of a dependent through the patient profile you can influence who will actually be sent the link.

Calendar/notes
To have personal Calendar on Weave desktop app to be able to put in appointments or upcoming events. Also would like a "notes" bubble for us to put in needed info by each login

Auto delete landline text notifications ("Send failed: destination does not accept texts - check the number and try again")
Our messages get so bogged down with auto replies like this. Then it takes our office staff 10+ min just to sort through the auto replies for the day and delete them. There's never a single one that i wish to keep for any reason. Mostly telemarketers and banks trying to get me to borrow money as a business owner. I would love to auto-archive these message to save our staff time/sanity during their day. As our practice grows it just gets worse.
