Please allow the option to integrate a packet that is sent to a patient to be separate pdfs once loaded into OpenDental. It is very time consuming to send these separate forms to patients, especially when they are a new patient and have at least 5-10 forms to sign! Everyone that has gone to a doctors office knows that there are at least a few forms to sign.

Or better yet, please allow the option to place each PDF form that is completed into different categories of OpenDental AUTOMATICALLY. It would be so convenient for offices who do not want to send out packets due to it resulting in one long PDF!!
