  1. Scrolling issues within messages

    When messaging, even within the team, messages are scrolling back up. Sometimes this is days worth of messages that have to be scrolled through to reach back at the bottom to see the new message or reply. It's difficult to deal with since it started, which I believe was during the newest update.

  2. Silence phone call notifications

    Weave used to allow us to silence phone call notifications but looks like that was taken away after chatting with support. Bring that back please! We were considering using Weave's team chat function but for providers who do not need the notifications such as calls we won't use that function unless we can silence all other notifications.

  3. History Form sent to patient should not be able to be filled out for a different person and CHANGE the name or DOB

    The history form is sent to each person and says something like "Hello Jill, please fill out this form." If her husband Frank fill out the form instead the system should not change her name and DOB to match what he submitted. This should be flagged for review.
    We have had this happen multiple times now. A name or DOB change should not happen automatically. It's not feasible for every family, especially with children, to have individual phone numbers to contact.

  4. History Form should NOT be able to change a NAME or DOB when a family member fills it out for the wrong person.

    Currently we have had a few family members that have the same phone number on file fill out a history form for a different family member.

    The message will indicate "Hello Jill, please fill out this form" or something to the like. Then a family member will fill out the form in THEIR name instead the intended recipient. So Suddenly instead of having Jill Smith in the system with her DOB, we have 2 accounts with her husband's name and DOB.

    A NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH CHANGE SHOULD NEVER BE AUTOMATED. This should flag the system for our review.…

  5. Synce to google calendar, Outlook calendar, or any calnedare application.

    Hello! I'm loving Weave to far! I would like if Weave calendar could sync to another calendar application. If it could sync to Google calendar, Over look calendar, Appointlet, or Caledly, that would be helpful. When I bought the Appointlet application I realized I didn't want new patients scheduling on already booked slots. I found out that Appointlet only syncs to Google Calendar and Overlook. Maybe if Weave could sync to Google or Over Look then a majority of the smaller calendar applications like Apointlet and Caledly could sync to Google and then Google is synced to Weave. Thank you!

  6. Call Recording Limitations

    We need to keep our call recording feature on for the company, however we would like the option to turn this feature off for particular extensions. This would be very helpful for our executive staff that hold sensitive phone conversations that should not be available to everyone in the company.

  7. Recognize Non-Appointment Block Offs/Better Schedule Syncing

    We are a veterinary clinic and we use AviMark. Within AviMark, there is options to create "scheduled block offs" within the schedule so that appointments cannot (or should not) be booked in that particular spot for varying reasons. In our clinic, we usually use these blocks to create the schedule and make adjustments throughout the day/week. We do it this way for ease of scheduling as there are sometimes where a different doctor takes over surgeries that day, or someone is sick so is replaced by someone else etc. so this way is just easier for us to manouver things…

    Remove expiration of payment plans where payments will not delete after 30 days in the payment requests box. Suggest also that there is an automated payment reminder link sent out at least every 30 days with no expiration. When we put in remainder balance, if partial payment is made, an auto reminder is sent immediately and then sends 30 day auto reminders with reminder balance.

  9. text to pay template modification

    It would be nice if you could change the default template in the text to pay option permanently to a custom template for all patients. At present, it will use the default template unless you manually change it each time you send a text to pay. Or, at the very least, it would be nice to modify the default template permanently.   10. Increase file size of uploaded pictures

    We have been receiving complains from patients that 12 MB isn't big enough for some patients pictures of their insurance cards. It would be helpful if the file size could be increased to accommodate those patients.

  12. We would like to see the weave app update the calendar more then once daily otherwise the calendar is not current and is rather useless

    would like to see the calendar updated atleast once a hour or so but currently I am told it updates at 8pm daily and we can't even change this time.

  13. Quick Fill List

    The quick fill list is currently difficult to work with. It's such a very small area on the screen dedicated to the list. You have to scroll to see more than 4 patients when selecting recipients to send a blast to for openings, And the limitation of sending only 50 messages at a time makes it difficult when you have way more than 50 on the list. You can't even see those past 50. If you could see all at once and send more than 50 at a time that would be far more time efficient.

  15. Change text chain asking patients for reviews

    I used to use NexHealth. They would use a chain of texts when sending to patients requesting a review. They would send the first text at 7:30pm every day asking how the office did on a scale of 1-5. If the patient responded a 4 or 5 then they would get a second text asking the patient to leave a google or Facebook review. This helped us immensely getting new google reviews. Can you please incorporate this?

  16. Greeting before phone tree

    Currently we have a phone tree with 4 options when we're open and 2 options when we're closed. I would love to have a short blurb type of greeting before the phone tree picks up for any one-off closures or changes to the normal routine without having to re-record the full greeting. For example, "Please note, we will be closed Monday 5/26 in observance of Memorial Day." (Greeting) "Our normal business hours are..." (Phone tree)

    Every time we have any change to our normal schedule it takes me a minimum of 5 tries to record our greeting and it drives…

  17. Allow for group texts (not bulk).

    Allow for group texts (not bulk). Just being able to add at least 2 recipients for a message. Since some of our patients are teens, we often text patient and parent together, but have lost that ability since joining Weave.

  18. Closed Hours & Direct Extension Dialing

    We want our patients to be able to dial our extensions directly, however when they call after hours our phones still ring when they dial our extensions. It would be great if direct extension dialing was synced up with open/closed hours, only ringing when we're open, and going straight to our extensions voicemail when we're closed. Thanks for all you do!

  19. Auto prompt feature to add Name on New phone number

    When a new phone number calls, Weave can Auto prompt us if we want to add this to Weave phone and let's us enter person's phone number, and email and notes about this new caller
