  1. Automation is key! Let's auto populate as much as we can!

    When an online appointment request is accepted the patients name and phone number automatically populate to OfficeMate. However the patients address and insurance does not. We have to take a screenshot of the appointment or write the information down BEFORE we accept the appointment and then go back to OfficeMate and enter the information manually after we accept. Super inconvenient! If we do not the information is not accessible after accepting, and the patient must resubmit it. Not okay! I am surprised that as intuitive and awesome Weave is you missed this very simple convenience. Let's fix this ASAP!

  2. Health History Form Glitch

    I am editing our health history form, as I am working on it and a phone call comes in, patient info pops up on the right hand side and it must reset the page and all my work is lost, i hadn't saved it yet, because I was just working on it. Has happened multiple times to me.

  3. Post videos along with the new features you've added

    I think there should be instruciton videos to turn on new features (Team member image text in my case) rather than taking to the website and have it not take you to the right section. This way the user knows what they are getting themselves into with a preview of what the feature looks like and knows how to turn it off or on when they need to.

  4. schedule part of the app.

    I send Messages to specific columns in my schedule if a team member is out sick, or if I have openings that I can move a few people up and not everyone. This is wonderful on the mobile app and on the Legacy app that I can change the view and select providers or columns to view on any select day. This is not a option on the new app in the schedule section.

  5. Hold for me

    When I make a call and get put on hold, I would like to be able to put that call on hold from my end and then have my phone ring back to me (custom ring/screen notification) when a live person comes on the line. This service would notify the party on the other end that "Your caller will be right back -please stay on the line" so they don't hang up. Google Pixel apparently has a similar feature https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/10071878?hl=en .

  6. Rescheduling appointments

    We use Open Dental Software. When a patient reschedules an appointment, we have to cancel the appointment and then create a new one in order for Weave to recognize the new/modified appointment information. If we don't the patient will not receive any appointment reminders for the modified appointment date. This complicates our job by adding more unnecessary work.

  7. Rescheduling appointments

    We use Dr.Chrono and when a patient reschedules an appointment we have to cancel the appointment and then create a new one or else Weave does not recognize that the old appointment no longer exists and will still send appointment reminders. This creates extra work and also creates a lot of clutter in the patients chart. If Weave could recognize when an appointment changes days and times in DrChrono it would be a lot easier for us to move patients around on the schedule.   9. Attach images to Bulk Text Campaigns

    add the ability to attach images to bulk text message. I have images that were created specifically for a text message marketing campaign. Currently I am unable to attach images to any text campaigns... Sooo a portion of my marketing cannot be used properly.

  10. Downloading Combined PDFs of Completed Forms Directly to Chrome

    The new app does not allow downloading of completed patient form pdf files directly to chrome. It instead requires you to download to the computer's file explorer, open it, and then print to PTA/ECR. Then, once you go to download another form, it requires an extra step of replacing the existing form with the newly downloaded one. It would be helpful if when downloading these pdfs they automatically opened in Google Chrome, or at least included a setting to do so.

  11. Quick Fill Unusable

    We have been using the classic app because the new app is just so unusable. This morning our quick fill list had vanished on the classic app and we are unable to add new people to it. They are all there on the new app. So we tried to send out openings on the new app. You can't send more than one appointment time!   12. After Hours Emergency Voicemail Notification Settings

    If a patient calls after hours and follows the prompts to leave a voicemail for one of our on-call doctors, the only notification methods are a text message or an email. It would be great if the on-call doctors could receive a phone call/voicemail to their cell phone lines as a means of notification rather than a text message as text messages can be overlooked. If there is a true emergency, it would be nice for the doctors to get a phone call to their cell phone rather than a text notification.

  13. With the NWX, Quick Fill List Updates

    With the NWX, it would be VERY helpful if you were able to select more than one day/time when sending a quick fill text message instead of having to update it manually. Our uses this function multiple times a day/week on the old app.

  14. Improve Payment Collection Process

    When collecting an insurance payment, we’re typically only provided with a zip code, not the full address. There should be an option to bypass the address requirement.

    Additionally, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to collect a payment without linking it to a patient’s account. This would make it easier to process insurance payments that apply to multiple patients. It would also help when a new patient comes in, as our PMS profiles don’t automatically update in Weave. Currently, we have to wait 30+ minutes before applying the payment directly to the patient’s account, which creates unnecessary…

  15. Combined appointment reminder for piggy-backed appointments same day

    We are using Eaglesoft. Patients who, for example, have a hygiene appointment followed by a doctor appointment in the same day get individual reminders for both appointments. Sometimes they get confused about the start time. It would be helpful if the software could recognize that and indicate "starting at" for the appointment time.

  16. Needs to show what insurance patients have.

    I understand that you can upgrade for insurance, but if we do not need to edit or change anything, we should at least be able to view who their insurance is through like on the old weave app.

  18. Scheduling Custom Fields

    We really need there to be an option for patients to upload images of their Insurance cards when they schedule online. This will save our staff a ton of time and also create less back and forth messaging with patients as well as allow our staff to ensure they have correct insurance before confirming the appointment. Please add image uploads as an option under custom fields for Online scheduling se patients can include a front and back image of their insurance card when they request an appointment.

  19. Schedule request review

    When we reviewed Schedule requests in the Legacy app we could go back into the request so that we can copy the patients insurance information into their chart. In the New Weave Experience once you create the patient and approve the request there is no way to go back into that request to get the information a patient entered and not all the inputted answers write back to Dr.Chrono so the only way we can do that is through copy and paste. This is a HUGE deal to our office because we need to do insurance eligibility before appointments.

  20. Allow for GIFs in messaging

    Our office likes to be animated when we chat with each other and that is something we miss having. We even message our team out in the field with texts and would like this feature.
