Searching within the Messages for Previous Threads/Convos
As I'm using the new app, one thing that I frequently miss is the ability to search for a previous conversation within the messages. On the legacy app, there was the search bar and I was able to search messages by the patient's name. I understand that I can do something similar on the app by going first to the patients tab, and THEN searching for the patient, and then their text conversation. It's an additional 3 steps but I believe it would be much more efficient in the messages tab... Help!

Bring back the Follow-Up Feature
Bring back the old Weave (legacy) app. This new app is essentially the portal. That is not what we want in a desktop app. There are too many clicks/navigations to get to the key features like the legacy app. A feature we used a lot, the Follow-Up list, is no longer available on the new app but there is nothing indicating that this feature went away. A "Simple" or "Lite" version should be made available for those who do not want or do not utilize all the excess functionalities of this new version.

Quick Fill List
The quick fill list is currently difficult to work with. It's such a very small area on the screen dedicated to the list. You have to scroll to see more than 4 patients when selecting recipients to send a blast to for openings, And the limitation of sending only 50 messages at a time makes it difficult when you have way more than 50 on the list. You can't even see those past 50. If you could see all at once and send more than 50 at a time that would be far more time efficient.

Implement the ability to add mobile apps to a call queue
Over the past few days due to a major snowstorm that hit our area, a few of our office staff have had to use the Weave mobile app from home. Since we can only add users of the mobile app to a Call Group and not a Call Queue, there were several calls that ended up getting lost and marked as "Abandoned" in the call log, meaning that these callers had to be called back after a previous call has ended. Reactions to messages
It would be a great feature to add the ability to react to texts in message threads. This can be done through emojis such as hearting, thumbs up/down ect.

Auto-Message Glitch for Multiple Appointments on same day for same patient
-here's the problem: patients with multiple appointments are getting two different reminders. It isn't random. The week before reminder attaches to the earlier appointment and then the day before appointment attaches to the later appointment. This is so confusing to patients and causes them to be late and miss that first appointment.
There are two solutions:
-add a "first time" tag to the auto-message template for individuals so the reminder is ALWAYS for the earlier time...should be like that anyways-OR allow us to make these appointments a certain type that is linked to the "multi" status in dentrix and…

schedule part of the app.
I send Messages to specific columns in my schedule if a team member is out sick, or if I have openings that I can move a few people up and not everyone. This is wonderful on the mobile app and on the Legacy app that I can change the view and select providers or columns to view on any select day. This is not a option on the new app in the schedule section.

Our office likes to be animated when we chat with each other and that is something we miss having. We even message our team out in the field with texts and would like this feature.

Voicemail Tracking
Would like to see if a voicemail was transferred by someone, and possibly a timestamp when that was done. This would help provide additional information about a call if we knew the voicemail was transferred, by whom, and when.

Be able to edit the weave schedule
When the systems seem to not since it would be nice to allow us to edit the weave schedule when its incorrect whether it be the appointment is missing on the weave side or is not supposed to be there.. Which would also make sure that patients receive messages. This could help us continue to make money and not lose money due to patients not getting the very necessary reminders.

We would like to see the weave app update the calendar more then once daily otherwise the calendar is not current and is rather useless
would like to see the calendar updated atleast once a hour or so but currently I am told it updates at 8pm daily and we can't even change this time.

Faxes
The way that faxes are oriented on the new app is... awful. I don't understand the thought process (or lack thereof) behind any of the choices made for the new system. For our clinic, the ease of access for navigating and sending faxes was paramount, and now you have made it near useless. Why can't we save the fax cover sheet with a standard format? We need the app to be small, but now when we shrink it down it re-orients the fax to below??? and makes it illegibly small in size. Also, the weave button at the top that…

History Form sent to patient should not be able to be filled out for a different person and CHANGE the name or DOB
The history form is sent to each person and says something like "Hello Jill, please fill out this form." If her husband Frank fill out the form instead the system should not change her name and DOB to match what he submitted. This should be flagged for review.
We have had this happen multiple times now. A name or DOB change should not happen automatically. It's not feasible for every family, especially with children, to have individual phone numbers to contact.

History Form should NOT be able to change a NAME or DOB when a family member fills it out for the wrong person.
Currently we have had a few family members that have the same phone number on file fill out a history form for a different family member.
The message will indicate "Hello Jill, please fill out this form" or something to the like. Then a family member will fill out the form in THEIR name instead the intended recipient. So Suddenly instead of having Jill Smith in the system with her DOB, we have 2 accounts with her husband's name and DOB.A NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH CHANGE SHOULD NEVER BE AUTOMATED. Recognize Non-Appointment Block Offs/Better Schedule Syncing
We are a veterinary clinic and we use AviMark. Within AviMark, there is options to create "scheduled block offs" within the schedule so that appointments cannot (or should not) be booked in that particular spot for varying reasons. In our clinic, we usually use these blocks to create the schedule and make adjustments throughout the day/week. We do it this way for ease of scheduling as there are sometimes where a different doctor takes over surgeries that day, or someone is sick so is replaced by someone else etc. so this way is just easier for us to manouver things…

payments
I do not like the new app. I can appreciate how they are trying to condense things but it is very inconvenient. The payments tab opens up to "all requests" showing the patient's names and amounts they have paid- for the entire time the office has been in business.
There are too many clicks involved prior to taking the patient's payments. It slows down the check out time and increases the awkward time the patient has to wait there while we rush through the clicks. Please change this to make it more user friendly.
