Texting confirmations from Schedule
I downloaded an New Version this morning. When I went into the schedule today to confirm for Monday, which I don't do automatically, I noticed it was very different. Annoyingly different. Instead of the message to be sent showing in a separate window, it showed up in that patients list of texts. So to get to the next patient after hitting 'Send', I had to go back and down the list to the next patient. This is not nearly as quick and streamlined as it was before!

Pick up order notification in weeve
I am aware that weeve is compatable with revolution and I was curious if in the future glasses and contact lens orders would be viewable from weeve.

On the auto Review text, it sends to the patient a little to early (before the patient leaves our office) if it could send like 15-20 after appt that would be great)

Manual Reviews
We would like to be able to send unlimited manual review invites instead of being restricted to the 1 time every 6 weeks.

One text/email for family appointments
Lighthouse 360 allows the mother or father on appointments to receive only 1 text message reminding them of their children's/parent's appointments starting at what x time. So if there are 3 kids scheduled with a hygienist back to back every 30 minutes, the appointment reminder would say "Hello Sara, this is x dental office confirming Holly, Madison, and Chris's dental appointments starting at 9:00 am on September 9th, 2016. See you then."
Our patients loved this feature with Lighthouse, but we love our Weave phones and texting. It would be nice to have this feature with your system however.

If multiple patients using the same phone number are attending on the same day they will get one reminder with all of the patients’ names and the time of the earliest appointment (additionally, there is an option to list all appointment times).
When patients send a confirm response to one of these text messages all patient appointments in the message will be confirmed.

Recognition of mobile numbers in any category
I've been manually transferring all numbers to the mobile section because when creating a new patient file it defaults to the home number space. If Weave could recognize a mobile in any space that would make this transition much much more smooth! -Thanks Sam
48 votesEarlier this year, we added the ability to send a manual text to any number listed for the patient. Last month, we added the ability to send an automated message to all numbers listed for the patient. With these two additions, it's much less important where the phone number is entered (home, mobile, other).

Review Texts - filter by confirmation type
In the Reviews app have the ability to control review texts so they don't go out to unconfirmed, no-show, or broken appointments.

Extending character count on auto text.
Please consider extending your character count for the reviews auto text system. 145 characters does not allow the texts to be very personable. Also it would be great if the texts could auto fill the patients names. Thanks!

Text Messages
It would be an amazing feature if when we answer the phones that the text we are writting to another patient did not erase! We all hesitate to answer the phone when we are typing a text because it deletes.

Could individual patient text option be added...as opposed to global text option for our patients.

Short-Call Patient list
We would love to have a "Short-Call List" feature. This customizeable list would be for the staff to input any patients who state that they would like to be seen sooner if possible than their scheduled appointment date. This would allow the front desk staff to quickly and easily access all of these patients right away and start contacting them if there is a last minute cancellation.

appointment reminders to minimize duplicate texts
please create appointment reminders via text at least if not a full appointment reminder system. I want to have only one text message system operational for our practice. If you had the automated text reminder 1.5 hours prior to appt, I could turn off the text feature of Lighthouse PLZ.

Schedule feature
It would be nice to be able to pin the day of the schedule that you want to work with so that I can click on a patient and view info and then be able to click back and still be on the day I was looking at.

Ease of use with lists
When you are looking at a list, and go to the patient's info, when you hit the back button it doesn't take you back to the list. It takes you back to all the phone contacts. VERY annoying and you lose track of where you were at a lot!

List date and time for client next appt
post time to next visits. When i go into pt's details i would love to see the time with the appt date

Larger capacity of text msg so they aren't split
Create larger text field so a text can contain more characters. Frequently, even with an effort to minimize, our texts are broken up into 2 or 3 sent messages. Multiple texts are annoying and have an unprofessional appearance.
