Birthday Reminders:
Doesn't recognize pet's birthday. "Pet's Name" isn't even an option to drag and drop in the text template.
Recall Reminders: It doesn't specify which pet of the owner's is due to for what type of appointment. They'd love the ability to see that information within Weave and not have to go check in their PMS.

In the desktop app > Phone > Recent Calls, if the calls are from random numbers that do not have client/patient profiles attached to them, the option to text the number from Recent Numbers is greyed out and not usable. This office needs to port well over 100 numbers to Weave and they are very annoyed that they have to enter each number in one by one. The office would like a notification system with the Sync app. meaning if it disconnects or goes unhealthy or has errors, they'd like to be notifed. Rather then them having to find something wrong (like a patient gettings texted the wrong time) then call into weave and find out it's disconnected.

The appointment reminders are using some english words instead of Spanish on the day of the week and the month. For example, "de su cita el Wednesday de" should not say Wednesday, but Miercoles. And "Wednesday 18th de Janen nuestra" what is Janen? There is no month in Spanish that is Janen, are we thinking Enero? Thanks!2 votes
